The huge pool, in ground hot tub, outdoor games including PICKLEBALL court (located under shade/only available prime summer months) Oak Grove with twinkling bistro lights, fire pit, and BBQ all creating the perfect location for your next vacation, staycation, or celebration (parties/events cannot be booked through VRBO, only vacation stays. When you rent this beautiful estate you will be escaping to a peaceful 40-acre property. You will feel secluded in the gorgeous Texas Hill Country. Near the walking path you will find a laundry room that is accessible from outside the home.

The main house is breathtaking with a fabulous wrap around porch on the second level providing a scenic view of Hill Country,  with multiple entry points off the the main house and ample room to gaze at the 95 oak tree grove and gather to include an outside dining table that seats from just 2 to 18 guests. (Guest house is available ask the owner about adding it to your reservation or search Casa Blanca in VRBO).

The lower level of the main house has a grand dinning table for 14 guests and entry leading to a downstairs covered patio. For added convenience you will also find off the formal dining room a kitchen with all the comforts of home. This kitchen is fully stocked and provides you with all the utilities needed to cook a meal for your family or entertain for your guests. The kitchen includes additional seating at a dinning table for 6 guests.

After meals, retreat to the living room that boasts an L shaped couch, Smart TV (no cable, but wifi is available for netflix, prime, etc), and DVD player (movies included). The living room opens to a second seating and gaming area with a foosball table and an exterior door leading to the stone pool deck and oak grove.

Upstairs, you have the main suite a luxury bedroom that gives you the feeling of being at a 5 star resort. The HUGE walk in shower has benches to enjoy the steam or soak in the jetted tub. After your bath jump into a bed made for a King or Queen. Three additional bedrooms and one full bath are also found at the top of the stairs.

To your surprise, upstairs you will find the bonus FUN room we refer to as the BUNK ROOM! This is a kid or gentlemen's dream room! You can access the bunk room through one of the two doors from the wrap around porch and private stair case or through the main suite. This room has a full bath, black jack table, living room, mini fridge, Smart TV (no cable, but wifi is available for netflix, prime, etc), and DVD player (movies included).

The guest house which is NOT included in this listing is a three bedroom (one bedroom includes a smart tv) and one bath sleeping 8 guests. Included is a second laundry room, fully stocked kitchen, living room with Smart TV (no cable, but wifi is available for netflix, prime, etc), and DVD player (movies included). This property has an ideal location with a short drive to Historic Gruene, Natural Bridge Caverns and Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch all just 12 miles away, 10 miles to Downtown New Braunfels where you can find ample restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, and 11 miles to the world famous Schlitterbahn and Comal River. Let's not forget its only 25 miles to the Alamo and downtown San Antonio!!!
