Family visit

Property new w/high end finishes & well appointed. Primary mattress great & comfortable. Overall a nice home w/ well maintained small yard& bbq perfect for grilling and kids. The price of this listing imo is too high for the neighborhood. There is also some major road construction going on surrounding the house

New, Comfortable, and Clean

We had a really nice stay at Ven's home. This house is new, clean, and the nicest house in the neighborhood. The damage deposit fee is a bit steep and rare in my experience with short-term rental homes. We needed an extension cord to plug in our car and Ven had it delivered the next morning! Thanks, Ven!

Beautiful home

Beautiful and very clean newly built home. The home is well decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. The king bed has a very comfortable mattress! We did not need to communicate with the owners because we had no issues, but they left a lovely card and gift upon our arrival and instructions were clear.

Wonderful New Modern Home

We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay in this well-equipped new modern home. All of our needs were met and it is so pleasantly decorated and very conducive to family gathering. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for accommodations in Spokane.

After building this modern home, we decided to open up its doors to you and welcome our guests with an experience of a different lifestyle. One where you can relax and enjoy the culture around you. We know that traveling has become more accessible over the years and people have a hunger for adventure and exploration like never before. Our goal is to provide our guests with those experiences by making your stay convenient and hassle-free as you go along your way exploring and making those moments count.

Not only is it a gorgeous home but it's brand spanking new! Contemporary with high-end finishes through out, designed open-concept with vaulted ceilings. Your own piece of heaven. Read on for a breakdown of how we plan to make your stay amazing and all the basics of what you may need to know...

The space is equipped with all proper furnishings. Master bedroom comes with a king bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower and closet. 2 guest bedrooms will each have a queen bed with night stand. Living room is furnished with a twin size trundle couch (1) sleeps on top and (1) sleeps on the bottom pull out mattress (twin size). We will also provide 1 pack n’ play and high chair. Business corner provided in common area. Bedrooms will have all linens, bathrooms will come stocked with all essentials, kitchen fully loaded with utensils/pots/pan/spices/coffee, laundry room with washer/dryer/detergent and sink. Covered patio off the dining room with a bbq grill and patio furniture.
