Our lovely townhome is located just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's close enough to enjoy all that Music City has to offer, but far enough away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood to guarantee that you'll get a great night's sleep on our comfortable beds. There's also a large outdoor deck to enjoy gathering outside.

Nice neighborhood condo

A perfect cozy spot. Nice layout for sharing and privacy. Thoroughly outfitted kitchen, comfy beds, lovely bath amenities. We enjoyed being near our Nashville family and only a short hop into downtown.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Super easy check-in and checkout. Also, we had a family emergency. The host went out of their way to make our stay easier. Responded quickly to all messages. I highly recommend this property.

Much better than a hotel

This is a well maintained home loaded with just about everything you need. It was nice to have a place where we could pick up groceries and have a place to cook a meal. The kitchen has just about everything you need also. The bathrooms are well stocked with supplies and lots of towels. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great place, Responsive owner

We booked this place after being displaced by a tornado nearby. The hosts were very helpful and sympathetic. When we ended up having to leave early due to power issues related to tornado damage down the street, the hosts were helpful and proactive about refunds and very understanding about our need to come in and out to get our things.

Very clean and modern

I love this place. Second time I have stayed. So clean with all the amenities of home. Comfortable bed’s. All appliances are up to date and very nice. Perfect spot for us!

Place was as described, and was perfect for our trip! There were only 3 of us and it was close to a lot of the things we wanted to go to! Not too far from downtown. The host was sweet and helpful regarding instructions for their place. Definitely recommend!

Everything You Need

Absolutely loved this property! Kitchen had very possible pan, utensil, and dish you could need from cooking a frozen pizza, baking a cake, or complete dinner! Bedrooms and baths were roomy and decorated nicely. Living room and dining area were large enough for four of us to sit around comfortably chatting and watching TV. We would definitely recommend this property

Home away from Home

This property was very inviting and felt very homey. From beginning to end, we had an awesome experience! I will definitely be booking another stay with them. The house was very clean and made us feel like we were at home. Anything that we could possibly think about needing was available! Perfect place to stay near Nashville

Beautiful place to stay when you are visiting Nashville. The accommodations were perfect. We were two couples. Each had their own bed and bath. Beautifully decorated and all the conveniences of home. Would most certainly book again when we are in the Nashville area.

Well hello there. 🙂 My name is Kristen and my husband Ralph and I live in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains in the extreme northeastern tip of the great state of Tennessee. We both grew up in the Tampa Bay Area but made this area part of our lives back in 2006. In addition to operating short-term rentals, we do coaching and training for mortgage loan officers to help them make more money working fewer hours. We love hiking, boating, winding two-lane drives in the convertible, and playing with our grandchildren.
