Located on Lake Superior just a short walk to Point Iroquois Lighthouse in Bay Mills Township. Stunning views of Lake Superior.

Centrally located just minutes from Bay Mills Resort and Casino.

One hour to Mackinaw Island, Tahquanamon Falls, Whitefish Point.

This cozy, completely updated manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and two baths. This property is under 1,000 sq ft and fits a max of 4 adults or family of 5 comfortably. Brand new galley style kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms, windows, doors, siding, Includes a wood burning fireplace and all new appliances.

The views are amazing. Brand new front and back decks allow you to enjoy the outdoors.

Kayaks available for use. This is the perfect location to enjoy your EUP adventures.

Also we have 4 pair of snow shoes available for use and trails close by. Even across the street. Also we have 6 pair of ice cleats for a trip to the amazing Aben ice caves.

Posted price is for 2 guests, there are extra nightly fees per additional guest.

Get away

This place is spectacular! I wanted to take my mom on one last get away as a hospice patient. She loved sitting in the window watching the ships pass by. The home has everything you could possibly need and more. The hosts are wonderful! We enjoyed our brief stay and my son and I will definitely return for a longer stay!

Great spot onLake Superior

It was a great stay in a great spot. The house had everything needed for our stay. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Wonderful living room with a view of the lake. We made our own meals because the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was beautiful. You could have a fire at the beach or around the fire pit. We saw boats go by on the lake. Beautiful view all the time.

A peaceful Lake Superior get away

We enjoyed the picturesque view of Lake Superior and watching the barges float by. Scott and Eva greeted us upon arrival and gave us all the information needed. There is plenty of space to relax! If you are a rock hound, there are plenty of beautiful rocks all over the beach. The lighthouse is just a short walk from the cabin and worth checking out. There isn’t alot of grocery stores or restaurants, so make sure you pack food 😃

Perfect spot!!!

At first walk in you saw the huge window in the living room, great view of Lake Superior!! Comfy furniture for lounging, beds extra perfect, TV 'if' you needed it. Having 2 bathrooms was great, full kitchen, gas stove....had everything you need. Easy access to local eateries, great coffee at Dancing crane. Attention to detail, candles, binoculars for the many ships that pass, clean, clean, clean!!! We stayed a week, hosts Scott and Eva live next door, and met us upon arrival, which was nice, very responsive to whatever we needed. The beach is very nice, fires nightly on the beach, found one yooperlite.. It is very private, woods on each side, parking is easy, near the road however never heard a car. Overall a great experience and will not hesitate to rent again, winters would be awesome here!!! Thanks Scott and Eva for sharing!!!

Great Time

Even if we had not seen the marvelous Northern Lights, it would have been a wonderful stay. The location facilitated seeing other things, and the private beach was a haven for rock hounds. The picture window gave a beautiful view where we watched ships sail.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The property was clean and easy to find. Scott and Eva were super friendly when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place. A very relaxed vacation.

We had some good friends from England visiting for their summer holiday and wanted to show them the UP. When I asked them the highlight of their vacation without hesitation it was staying here. We were able to do day trips to the locks, the falls, and the island. What they enjoyed most was the view from the cabin and being able to just walk along the shorline. The quiet and solitude makes this place amazing. It may not be the fanciest place however Scott and Eva certainly made it the best place. They made us feel at home during our stay and that's a good thing when you are far from home. You can easily find your happy moments in life here.

Lovely Place

Scott and Eva's place is wonderful! It had everything we needed and more! The cabin was clean, spacious, and the view is incredible. The beach is steps away and very private. We can't wait to return! We really appreciated meeting the owners and all the extras they supplied for our stay!

Perfect Getaway!

Fabulous place on Lake Superior. We loved watching the freighters and walking the beach. Great place to explore the Eastern Upper Peninsula as it is close to Mackinac Island, Sault Ste Marie, and Tahquamenon Falls. Scott and Eva are fantastic hosts.

Majestic Lake Superior Cabin

My husband and I along with another couple enjoyed our stay here. We all accessed the beach (30 steps) exploring for rocks, swimming and watching all the freighters go by. Scott and Eva were great, very generous hosts, providing lots of nice unexpected amenities, and helpful tips regarding the area. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, fast internet, and comfortable furnishings with plenty of room. Don't hesitate booking this hidden gem. We can't wait to come back. Great view and friendly hosts

The property was as advertised and was very clean. The view was exactly as we expected. Scott is very easy to get along with and responded quickly to any questions. The location is great. We did have a small problem with the tv connection but Scott fixed the problem the next morning. The property is very close to the road so you do hear some traffic noise but the road is lightly traveled especially at night and there is no truck traffic. Mattress seemed like it was brand new and was very comfortable. The master bath is smaller than what we are used to but it worked out fine.

Perfect Location

House is nice, clean and cozy. Lots of wildlife around the property and water, we even had a Pileated Woodpecker visit us while sitting on the back deck. Scott and Eva have a hidden gem with this place.

Wonderful Weekend

We rented the house for a Yooperlite hunting weekend. The house was lovely and the view from the living room and outdoor deck was fantastic. Scott and Eva were the most attentive hosts! Anything we needed, we had within a short time frame. They even let us borrow their yooperlite flashlights! We found some good yooperlites and had a wonderfully relaxing weekend. We would definitely rent from Scott and Eva again!!

Brimley Cabin on Lake Superior

The cabin was everything it was advertised to be for our quick Winter get away. We loved the huge picture window in the family room! We will definitely be back to see it in all its glory during the summer months. We can only expect that it will twice as amazing!

Snowmobile Weekend

Scott & Eva are great hosts, very responsive & easy to work with. Perfect place for two couples with the 2 full baths. We came up for a long weekend snowmobiling & were able to ride right from the house because of all of the fresh snow. It is about 2.5 miles to the trail head riding along the road and through a subdivision, but easy if there is good snow. The additional parking across the street for trailers is a plus also. Great views and the place is very clean, we will be back and would definitely recommend.

Family Snowmobile Trip

Scott and Eva were wonderful hosts. Even when we got a little high maintenance asking for a large pot to make popcorn. It was on the porch when we got back from riding. Even though I was familiar with the area they had other good recommendations. Super helpful. Having a second bathroom made this a great property for a 2 couple sled trip. Third bedroom for gear and each couple had their own bathroom. Getting to the trail (Mission Hill) can be a challenge if roads are well plowed. We trailered to the casino. Woke up to an eagle out the bedroom window and the crackling of the ice flowing on Lake Superioor. Pretty spectacular.
