* 4 cars MAX - No exception. No street parking per county ordinance - could result in towing
* Please put trash in the on-site bear box.
* The home does not have air conditioning. There is a good strategy to keeping the home cool: opening windows once the sun goes over the mountain allows the cool night air into the home. Closing the windows in the morning before it heats up and utilizing fans is kelps keep the cool air in and circulated throughout the day.
* The patio furniture is put away in the late fall before it snows and brought back out in the spring when the snow has melted.
We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 20 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.
Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
