This lovely residence is perfectly positioned in a serene neighborhood, combining tranquility with easy access to nearby conveniences and local attractions. With its spacious layout and stylish features, this home is designed to offer a relaxing and enjoyable living experience. 

The space

Our charming living room offers the perfect blend of comfort and style, featuring a plush sofa ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring and a sleek, well-lit ambiance that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy watching on our flat-screen TV or simply bask in the coziness of the space. The room also includes a stylish bench and an end table, adding both functionality and a touch of elegance to your stay. 

The kitchen in our home is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs. Featuring a modern refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave, you'll have everything necessary for cooking up your favorite meals. Start your mornings right with the coffee maker or use the toaster for a quick breakfast. With a hot water kettle for those comforting hot beverages and ample storage space for your groceries and kitchen essentials, you'll feel right at home. Whether you're preparing a gourmet dinner or just a quick snack, this kitchen has you covered. 

Enjoy your meals in style at our charming dining area, featuring a beautifully crafted table that comfortably seats 4 guests. The space is adorned with Spanish-inspired decor, adding a touch of elegance and warmth to every meal. Whether you’re sharing a hearty breakfast or a cozy dinner, the inviting ambiance and unique design details create a delightful setting for dining and conversation. 

Bedroom 1 offers a luxurious King-sized bed, bedside lamps, an elegant chair, a closet, and large windows. Bedroom 2 features a cozy Queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan and a convenient closet, perfect for a restful night’s sleep and ample storage.  Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful retreat. 

The bathroom is designed for both comfort and convenience, featuring a tub and shower combination to suit your preference. It includes a stylish vanity sink with a mirror, a full-length mirror, a toilet bowl, and a hairdryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 

Step outside to our fenced-in backyard, a private oasis perfect for relaxation and outdoor fun. The space is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Fire up the BBQ for a delightful cookout, or simply enjoy the tranquil setting for a relaxing evening under the stars. 

It is good to know that the house and backyard are entirely private to you during your stay. An attached guest house exists on the property, but there is a locked door between the two units, and no guests will have access to it. Guests from the guest house will enter their unit exclusively through their backyard side gate. 

Our home offers a washer and dryer at no additional charge. Additionally, there is one parking space available in the driveway. This is a non-smoking property, and this home has Wi-Fi.  

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags.

Guest access
The house you are renting includes: the kitchen, the living room, the backyard, the bathroom and the bedrooms are private to you, meaning they are not shared with other guests. The only thing that will be shared is the driveway parking. Each unit has one dedicated parking space on the driveway.

• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Garbage and recycling bins are shared with other guests.
• There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
• Trailers/boats are not allowed on the driveway or on the streets of this community.
• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.

Great get-a-way!

My sisters and I had a great stay at this property! It was the perfect size for our group of three. The house was clean and offered a great location just over the causeway to Clearwater! You really couldn’t beat it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host offered some amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was nice. The yard space was nice as well, but we didn’t use it much since we were at the beach most of the day and then pretty tired at night. Wed definitely come back!

great location!

I gave this 4 stars because I had a few issues-broken coffee pot-had to wait 3 days for a new one! I agree with other reviews that back patio needs some work-lots leaves everywhere and over grown plants plus fence at end of patio was falling down. Sheets were old with "pills" that made them scratchy-suggest new ones. Safe area, close to everything, quiet!

Weekend away

Clean property. Allowed us to check in 15 minutes early. Appreciated shampoo, conditioner and soap in shower. Would be nice to know that it is supplied so you know if you have to pack it or not. Ice trays would be nice in freezer. We did not have enough wash clothes for 4 people. Only 2 with 4 towels. Swimming towels and a small cooler would also be a suggestion for owner to have on hand. The lighting in the hall was out and there is not much lighting in the house. Beds were comfy. Shower rod could use updating. It was a little rusty. Ceiling vents need a little attention where they have blown. Air conditioner worked great. Washer and dryer were clean. Beach chairs and umbrella available!

Fabulous area

We stayed here for two nights and it was a perfect location. It is a great area, close to the beach and a great cafe as well as Publix. Check in was super easy and communication was as well. I can’t give it a five because it really needed some attention to detail. The exterior and patio could use some tlc, indoor mat was old and curled up on one end, bedding definitely needs an upgrade, and ( most importantly) , there was no coffee station! I’m always impressed when hosts leave a kurig or pods and creamers to start you off. But at least I could walk to the cafe and then sit outside under the patio trees. I’d still recommend.
