Ah-maz-ing house + incredible beach
This large house is incredible both in terms of location and features. A 40 minute car ride from Salvador airport, the house is conveniently located by the beach (5 min walk), park (with kids playground, basketball and tennis courts - 1 min walk), convenience stores (5 mins walk) and bigger shopping venues (20 mins walk). We didn’t have a car and were able to get everything we needed. The house itself is gorgeous with clean, airy and bright rooms, each with its own AC and en-suite, well-appointed furniture and an amazing veranda where we ate all our meals, bbq’ed, played cards and lounged when the sun was hot or it rained. There was a also nice spacious yard and swimming pool with a jacuzzi. Everyday someone came by to look after the pool. The setting is very peaceful and the beach is really incredible with reefs you can walk on during low tide, decent-sized waves at high tide with the occasional sea turtle spotting. The owner was very responsive and accommodating, helping us book the services of a maid and cook, as well as rent linen for our stay. Our family reunion was made extra special at this house and I’d recommend staying here to anyone looking for a spacious, tranquil, tastefully furnished house.
