The Residence Suites provide home-away-from-home accommodations combined with luxury living. Enjoy the ultimate in elegance and exclusive Caribbean style, with 12 three-story buildings built into a hillside just inland from Cofresi Beach. These one and two-bedroom suites feature garden, mountain, or pool views, bedrooms with a king bed and private bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and a comfortable dining area. Each suite offers cable television, air conditioning, phones, a safety deposit box, a ceiling fan, and a large balcony or patio. The décor has a distinctive Caribbean flair, featuring rattan, natural wicker, and exotic bamboo.

## The Daily rate listed covers only the service fee for the suite. A MANDATORY All-inclusive fee of $130 per person per day, which includes unlimited food and beverages during your stay, must be paid at check-in. Children Under 12 pay $50, and children under 3 are free. A Resort Fee of $16 per person per day is also paid to the resort at check-in. The all-inclusive is non-refundable. You will not receive a refund if you decide to depart the resort before your departure date.
