Great place

Perfect condo for our needs. We go to Lima often to visit family and this was the best condo we have rented so far. The location is perfect and the doormen are very nice. You will be near everything you want to be near. One thing about this apartment that you won't find often is it is airtight. Most apartments in Lima have windows and doors that let in lots of air. So in this apartment, you will stay warm in winter and cool in the summer. As well there is not as much dust. Hot water worked amazingly. The only thing I could have used some help with was running the washing machine. A small thing. If you don't want to do your own laundry there is a laundry service around the corner and it is super economical. Stay here....except when I want to :)

Miraflores is the safest district in Lima, our apartment is about two blocks from Kennedy Park, 15 minutes by walk from The Larcomar Center Shopping center and The Malecon De la Reserva where you can enjoy a beautiful view, walk, run or ride your own bike or using bikes from CityBikes.

You have everything very close as supermarkets (Metro, Wong and Vivanda), The Civil Police Station (Serenazgo), pharmacies (InkaFarma, MiFarma), minimarkets, handicraft shops, bus station (Airport Express Lima Buses), Benavides Bus Stop Station (Metropolitan Transport), bars, discos (to enjoy a great nightlife).

Barbershops and spas, cinemas, cafes and restaurants to enjoy Peruvian and International Cuisine. In addition, vegetarian restaurants.

On Sundays, you have free access for yourself the Central Park and the Larco Avenue to ride bikes, running, walking on the streets with your family and friends without the use of cars.

It has everything at your fingertips, the location of our apartment allows you to find and know almost everything walking. In a blocks away you can find a bus station and the Metropolitano with which you can get to different places in Lima, such as Barranco or the Lima Center (Downtown). You can also use taxi services.

We recommend using Cabify, as it is the safest. If you have a car and need free parking, we can provide you prior coordination.
