Flat in Ottoman old house in Kaleiçi old town 5 minutes from sea

I am British/Turkish and have lived 30 years in Antalya; I make walking routes - including the Lycian Way - and am chairperson of the Culture Routes Society, which manages Turkey's walking routes. So for much of the time I'm exploring, checking the routes or working from my village house.
When I'm in Antalya, it's for meetings, book and mapping work or just socialising.
Our coordinator works from the office and will deal with any local problems. Our neighbours, Berry and Jan, deal with any weekend or evening problems and will check you in and out. They have a travel agency and can sort out any transport or travel needs.

The house is over 100 years old, built in traditional Ottoman style with a stone ground floor and overhanging upper storey. The society office is on the ground floor of the property, so people come and go during the day. Stairs lead up to the self-contained flat, which is quiet, green and airy. In autumn, you can pick avocados through the bedroom window. Back stairs lead down to the shady garden, with table and chairs for open-air dining. The traditional but comfortable furniture includes antique kilims and original paintings.
A dedicated internet connection, workdesk with views and peace and quiet make this an ideal place for digital nomads. Brew up your own coffee, or Starbucks and other coffee shops are 1 minute away!

This is an art and culture friendly venue! Through our coordinator, Hü, and our travel agency neighbours Berry and Jan, you have easy access to local activities, information on the international film festival (https://www.antalyaff.com/tr/ - 2 9 October), Aspendos opera festival (10-25th Sept) as well as other music and opera events, exhibitions and film evenings. All with reasonably priced tickets or even free!!!
This is the hidden side of Antalya that not many visitors explore.
