Located across the street from the Capitola Wharf, and just a short stroll to the esplanade and main beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house and the loft upstairs has a queen size fold-out couch to accommodate up to 8 guests.

There are two decks to enjoy the beautiful ocean, wharf, and village views. This condo is located at the finish line to the world famous Wharf to Wharf race, and you can walk to all restaurants, shops, and cafes within one minutes stroll over the historic Stockton bridge.

There are two dedicated parking spots in a secure gated garage.
