Ultimate vacation home rental experience at Signature PGA West. Located across the street from The Stadium Course and less than 4 miles from Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds. This gorgeous property is livable luxury. Walk into an open floor plan - floor to ceiling sliding glass wall blurs the lines between indoor-outdoor living, in true desert style. Resort style backyard INLCUDES Saltwater Pool, Hot Tub, tanning deck with chase lounges and misting system, Fire Pit, BBQ and EV Charger!

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!


BEDROOMS/SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Primary Suite: King size bed, 42" TV, over sized en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, dual sinks, walk in shower. 2 separate sliding glass doors - direct access to the pool and California room.

Bedroom 2: King size bed, 50" TV. Shared jack n jill full bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower/tub.

Bedroom 3: (2) Full beds, 50" TV. Shared jack n jill full bathroom with dual sinks and separate shower/tub.

Additional arrangements: 2 Cribs and 2 pack-n-plays with pads and sheets (Please let us know if you need either the crib or pack-n-play).


KITCHEN:

Well-appointed chef’s kitchen – which features brand new stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove, large center island and more – and is open to the dining and living room areas - where your whole group can spread out and relax together.

LIVING ROOM:

Simple luxury – yet casual and comfortable. Oversize lounge style couch, leather lounge chairs - plenty of seating - and a large 75” TV perfect for watching a big game or relaxing at the end of the day with a great movie.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE:

Stackable glass doors open up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. The beautifully landscaped backyard begins in a California room equipped with pool and back area misters and couch seating area – and 50" outdoor TV. From there you can enjoy al fresco dining at the 8 person table. There is a cozy fire pit lounge and built in gas BBQ with bar for 3 – both with view of an additional 55” TV. Also enjoy pool/spa – pool misters, with Baja shelf equipped with chase lounges, swim up bar with 4 in pool seats, tanning deck – all interconnected with the BBQ area so you can enjoy each other’s company in the sun. Side yard with turf – perfect for the kids, or a game of cornhole (boards and bags provided).

Stainless steel fridge, epoxy flooring, ping pong table and 50” TV. Mini split AC unit to keep cool. Additional refrigerator in the garage.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME:

Fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and free high speed WiFi. Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, high end drip coffee maker "Mochamaster Coffee" (ground beans), hot water boiler, toaster, waffle maker, Vitamix blender, air fryers & portable blue tooth speaker and fly fans.

KITCHEN:

Property is equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (spices, oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:

Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper and laundry pods.

OTHER ITEMS:

The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

COMMUNITY ACCESS:

You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION:

4 miles to the Empire Polo Fields the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is 5 miles, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

- LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!


- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS –

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

Check-in is after 4PM local time and check out is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!).

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
YES, hot tub heat is complimentary, the pool is 50 per day to heat to 88 degrees (only needed October-May) Summer months the pool sits from 85-95 degrees.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

Property is furnished with a microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, high end drip coffee maker (ground beans), hot water boiler, toaster, waffle maker, Vitamix blender, portable blue tooth speaker and fly fans. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap, ironing board and iron.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

We provide one blue tooth portable speaker. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker in case you have Bluetooth connectivity issues since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to!

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Certain hypoallergenic dogs for a nominal fee.

Please communicate through the APP messaging system for the quickest response.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can't be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn't permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party.

Beautiful home and location

Really nice place - great decor and a really nice outdoor area. Kitchen is very well equipped. If you are passionate about golf and planning on playing on the PGA West courses it's a great location.

Perfect desert getaway!!

We LOVED this house. the pictures didn’t do it justice. The space was perfect for 2 families. The kids loved the pool - especially having the misters! The interiors were beautiful- very modern and clean. Beds were super comfy and amenities were dialed in. Couldn’t ask for more and would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful Property

The property is newly constructed. It is nicely deorated with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of bath and pool towels. The backyard has a beautiful pool and BBQ. The location was perfect for our family participating in the Sandstorm Lacrosse tournament. We highly recomend this property.
