Newly remodeled, our home offers sweeping views from every window.
Whatever brings you to town, there is something for everyone in our area. Close to breweries, shopping, river towns, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and more. Or stay home and see wildlife pass through the backyard for the ultimate relaxation and peace.Snuggle up with a blanket and a coffee on the couch to watch the sun rise in the morning through the bay window. When it is time to get your day started, meals can be prepared easily in the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops.
Head out to the 30’ x 30’ deck with handmade, custom furniture to spend your day outside. Seating for 6 at the dining table, two loungers in the sun, and a sitting area provide endless choices for how to relax under the trees with unobstructed views of the backyard and neighboring fields. Sunsets are a special time at The Glen, the sky lights up and about that time the deer take their daily graze through the backyard. Stay awhile by the firepit and enjoy the celestial show.
When it's time to call it a night, two Queen bedrooms are available. Each bedroom comes equipped with ceiling fans, sound machines, and new high-quality mattresses and linens to provide a good night's sleep. Two full baths (one tub and one shower) complete this single floor rancher.
The private office features an antique writing desk and typewriter, but also offers fast wifi to get any work done in today’s world. A velvet green couch pulls out to a twin bed if extra sleeping space is needed.
When you arrive at The Glen, there is ample parking for your vehicles. A secure two-car garage is available if you need to lock up bikes, motorcycles, or anything else. There is plenty of space for a trailer if you chose to bring a boat to explore the nearby lakes with.
We are a 5-minute drive to downtown Perkasie where there is a great assortment of small-business locally owned shops including coffee, art, clothing, yoga studio, antiques, florist and gifts, bakeries, cafes, multiple breweries, restaurants and much more.
Lenape Park bike trails are a ¼ mile down the road from our home. Lake Nockamixon and Lake Galena (Peace Valley Park) are an easy 10 minute drive for boating, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hunting.
Our neighboring towns have even more to explore with a brand new indoor market and brewery in Dublin, and the Washington House Theater and Restaurant in Sellersville.
Outside of Perkasie (under a 30-minute drive) are the beautiful towns of Doylestown, New Hope, Lambertville, Lahaska, Lumberville, and all the scenic roads you can imagine.
Welcome home!
