Once inside the property, everyone will immediately find their own space and make themselves at home. It’s easy to settle in, with everything at your fingertips in this open floor plan. Choose between a king bedroom with a dedicated full bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, or a cool hidden bunk room in the hallway with a set of twin-over-twin bunks! There is an additional full bathroom accessible to the other bedrooms.

The living area is equipped with comfortable loungers and sofa, along with a 55” Smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen, which is completely open to the living area, has an island with 4 bar stools, so the whole gang can hang out while preparing snacks for the beach or dinner for the family.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
