The Space:
Arrive at your dream vacation home on a gentle winding road, turning into a beautiful wooded setting. The road is paved except for the last few hundred yards of easy gravel access pulling into a level driveway with spacious parking for three vehicles.
New full house water filtration system has been added!
You will enter the cabin into a vaulted ceiling living room/dining area and fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating, gas fireplace and rustic dining table with additional bar chairs to comfortably sit eight. A constant in this home is the tasteful decorations and personal touch of the owners. They are so excited to have you as a guest.
A screened porch awaits just off the living room to enjoy the gentle sounds of the creek and crisp clean smells of the mountain air!
The main level has a Queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom, smart TV and access to a deck overlooking the lake.
The 3rd level features a spacious Queen bedroom suite, smart TV and privacy.
The basement level has a living area, with smart TV, DVD player and stereo. A full size bathroom is also available for the additional Queen and Bunk bedrooms.
There is an extra refrigerator and full size washer and dryer in the spacious laundry room.
Step outside to the large deck area to enjoy the creek and everything nature has to offer. The kids can enjoy the Ping Pong table or explore the spacious outdoors including the remaining property accessible by stairs across the street.
A new outdoor pavilion has been added with views of the lake, outdoor wood burning fireplace, seating area, hot tub and gas grill!
There is an RV hook up with drain/dump station on the property.
The lake is not part of the property.
Dogs are welcome. Limit 2 under 50lbs each. The owners respectively ask to not let pets on furniture or beds.

Guest Access:
Access is via keyless entry. A check-in code will be provided 1 day prior to arrival. Checkout code will be provided the day before with instructions.
The entire cabin is available to the guest with the exception of the owners closet
The Neighborhood:
The property has easy paved access 3 miles off the Hwy 76 with an additional short 400 yard gravel access road. Four wheel drive is not necessary to reach the property.

This property is conveniently located minutes from downtown Blue Ridge and other attractions including: Mercier Orchards, Blue Ridge Adventure Park, Aska region, shopping, restaurants, white water rafting, tubing, horseback riding, and much more. Privacy:
Other properties are in the neighborhood. We ask that you please respect the owners privacy and comply to private property signs.
All pets must be kept on a leash when outside. Please pickup after your pet and place waste in appropriate container.
Trash and Litter:
Trash pickup service is provided on Monday. If the trash cans are full upon arrival, please contact the property management office. All trash must be bagged and placed into the two trash cans provided. Our nature friends love to make a mess when this is not done and the trash companies will not pickup loose trash. Also if you exceed the capacity of the trash cans before pickup it is your responsibility to remove and take to the disposal locations at:

Quiet time:
Please keep your noise to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. both inside and outside. This includes hot tubs, fire pits, and porches. Sound travels easily in the mountains and can disturb unseen guest.
