• There is FREE residential street parking for ONE car only. Other cars would have to pay at a garage or meter. Parking is about a 5 minute walk from the parking area to the loft depending on where you park on the street. There is paid/meter parking right in front of the loft perfect for dropping off luggage or groceries. The Short North is a very popular area for locals and travelers. You can park your car and enjoy what short north has to offer.
• The building is secure with code access.
• It's a third floor walk up (no elevator) and you'll be on the top floor. Stairs are fun right? It will be worth it you’ll have a grand view of the Short North Arts District :)
• Potential for noise: this loft is located right in the heart of the city on High St which means it can get noisy outside sometimes.
