Luxury House with Breathtaking Views

Welcome to this incredibly unique luxury family home. Central urban location close to everything yet opens up into the majestic Natural Park in the back, which makes you feel far away from the city! Upon entering you will be in awe with the breathtaking views that flows throughout the entire main floor. This gorgeous family home is steps away from public transport, shopping, parks, all other amenities and has easy access to the major attractions.

**Dear guests please note, we have a long-term tenant in the basement with a separate entrance. Please limit noise like loud conversation, TV, music after 11pm. Kindly asking to be more respectful to the neighbours.

Our house comes with a large dining area that is a great place to gather with family and allows easy access to the balcony that overlooks the nature park.

The great living area boasts a stunning view and is open to the fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen, which offers an oversize island. There is also a main floor office/den that can be easily used as a working space.

The staircase leads you to the upper level where you will find 3 bedrooms including the master (with vaulted ceiling) that offers a spa-like ensuite that is complemented by a relaxing corner jacuzzi tub, heated tiled floors, separate shower.

***Please note that this is a pet-free property.

If you join us by automobile feel free to park a car by the side of the garage. Once you enter the driveway you will see a parking slot for 1 car. It is a small slot so you can offload your bags on the driveway and then back off and park there.
We also have free street ample parking on both sides of the road.

You can get to our house by public transit, as there is a bus that runs along Westview Drive, with bus stop is at the doorsteps, and can take you to Lonsdale Quay (where you can transfer to the SeaBus and go downtown) or to Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, both of which are about 10 minutes by bus and 5 mins by car.
If you join us by bus, you should also know there is lots of options for groceries, restaurants and retail stores along Lonsdale avenue, which is no further than a 15 minute walk. There are also loads of buses on Lonsdale that can take you all over the North Shore and beyond.

North Vancouver is famous for hiking and skiing trails in the North Shore Mountains. Our house is close to all three of our local mountains, Grouse Mountain, Seymour Mountain and Cypress Mountain. Enjoy skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, and skating during the winter and world-class mountain biking or hiking during the warmer months.
In the summer months enjoy live music and festivals down at The Lonsdale Shipyards.

Beautiful, comfortable house with a lovely forest view

We were very happy with this rental. It was modern, spotlessly clean and had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable and the heated floors were a wonderful luxury. The entire back of the house is windows onto a forested natural ravine with a creek below and walking trails. The trails can be accessed just down the street a short walk. Groceries were close by as was downtown NVan and WVan for supplies. It was just a short drive to skiing at Cypress Mountain.The master bed was so comfortable that my husband wanted to see who made the mattress so we could buy one!It is on a busy street, but the house is quiet and well-insulated inside so street noise was not an issue. Having laundry downstairs was convenient.We would definitely stay here again. A lovely rental!

Super comfy modern vacation home

Really amazing home, there is an abundance of space throughout, and gorgeous views of Mosquito Creek behind the house. In floor heating makes the entire house really cozy during cold temperatures. Location is convenient, getting to downtown is relatively easy though be prepared for traffic if you're not familiar with the area. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants are 5-10 minutes drive. The general amenities are great, fully loaded kitchen with cookware and appliances, bathrooms have everything for showers, towels and hair dryers. There's also a clothes iron and steamer, seriously everything you need for an extended stay and for any occasion. As mentioned in the property details, the parking spot next to the garage might be a tight squeeze, though the driveway is large enough to navigate vehicles. If you have a vehicle with low clearance, probably a better idea to park on the street, plenty of it right off the property. The street is a busy one, especially during weekday commuting hours. It can be a little challenging to see oncoming traffic from both directions when heading out. The road noise is minimal, with the occasional large trucks being the loudest going up or down the hill. Would love to stay here again in the future, great property, especially for families.

Worst customer service ever!

The customer service was awful (from the property management and the owners). On our last day, we receive a call from the PM saying that there was an issue with the heating system for the tenant they have living downstairs and they needed to send a technician in to look at the mechanical room. I mentioned that we were in Squamish for the day and were not sure when we planned to come back. We mentioned we didn’t feel comfortable with a stranger entering the space without us being present. I mentioned we’d call back when we leave and try to see if the technician can arrive once we reach. I received a text from the PM saying the technician can come at 7:30-8pm. I said that we aren’t sure if that will work since we have dinner plans. Regardless we left Squamish early to ensure that their technician can come and fix the heating issue for the basement tenant. The technician arrived at 8:15pm and was there at least till 9:30pm. At this point we had not eaten dinner and mentioned that we would leave even though a stranger was in our space. We went to eat and came back by 11pm and the technician was still there. He did not end up leaving till 11:15pm. I messaged the PM and they did not message back after their initial message. They shouldn’t be working 9-5pm but clearly it seemed like they did. The owners were no help and they made it seem like it didn’t matter how we felt and this needed to be done. When I asked for reimbursement for our plans being changed they said

Treehouse Respite

What a soothing, relaxing house, full of light and that feeling of being in a treehouse and breathing in the forest. Every aspect of staying here while we visited family was a delightfully easy, and comforting respite from our day-to-day. Bed in the master suite was really good! A lot of storage in the wall-in closet was a bonus. Kitchen even had a hotpot for making tea, plus topflight appliances. The whole place was very clean. Couldn't get the jacuzzi tub jets to come on, so enjoyed a good soak. Shower was wonderful, but perhaps a few instructions on the various knobs might be helpful. Only issue was texting management and not hearing back, which was a puzzlement, as I texted fairly early on a Friday morning. Overall this is a beautiful place and we would stay here again without reservation.

Perfect stay in NW Vancouver

This place was ideal for our family of four. Great location, super clean, and a lush treehouse like feel with a high level view of Mosquito Park. Beds were comfortable, showers great, kitchen nice, etc. It is on a fairly main road but without truck traffic (that is discouraged) there isn't much noise. Safeway grocery store, liquor store, and bakery a few minutes drive away, interesting restaurants nearby in Lonsdale and Ambleside, and only about 15 minutes drive to Stanley Park/Aquarium.

Lovely setting with forest views

We really enjoyed our time at this home with a well appointed kitchen, large dining table, and comfortable living area. Everything worked in the home except the gas fireplace that has been disconnected for safety reasons. (I can't understand how it is unsafe with a glass front on it.) The TV took some reading of the manual to find the on button which is very small at the bottom center of the frame. We were able to cook some great meals and I loved that there was even a teapot in the kitchen!

We loved the property. The view from the living room and master bedroom was fantastic! The trail in the back was amazing. Great place to stay! Close to Capilano Bridge, Grouse Mountain and easy access to get to Stanley Park, Granville Market etc. Just a great option for Vancouver travelers!

Great Property

A very nice home with beautiful views. Very well appointed kitchen and nice natural light in the main living area. The beds were very comfortable and the master bath was wonderful for soaks. Very close to shopping and walking trails. The front bedroom was a little noisy with traffic but the rest of the home was very quiet. Overall a wonderful space and we would come back again if in the area.

Family vacation

The house was exactly as described which isn’t always the case with some rentals! The “noise” from the street side bedrooms were minimal and the view from the main floor of the house and the master was EVERYTHING!! The weather was a bit more wet than expected but the house was so nice that we did not mind staying in for parts of the day. The management team was responsive and we got answers to our questions within in a day if not sooner. The house was an amazing find and we will definitely be back!!
