2 BHK apartment in the edge of Dubai Marina Canal with a full 180 Deg frontal view of the Marina to wake up to! Located in Iris Blue tower right above the marina walk makes it the perfect location in Dubai!
The building pool offers exquisite views of the marina and facilities such s gym,Jacuzzi, laundry service and bbq in the building
Apartment size is 1400 sq.ft with a big balcony and great views.
Even bathrooms are having great glass windows with views of the Marina .
The apartment is elegantly designed, with attention to detail, featuring traditional interior finishes and floor to ceiling windows to maximize light & enjoy the beautiful view of the Marina. It comprises of living and dining area equipped with a large sofa, a 6 seater dining set and a large TV; 2 en-suite bedrooms with king sized beds in twin bed in other one .Built-in wardrobes; a fully equipped kitchen; spacious balcony with admirable views of the surroundings. The guests will enjoy airy and naturally bright rooms.

✔️Security Deposit: A mandatory security deposit is required before check-in.Damage deposits can be conveniently made online using your credit card .For bookings shorter than 21 days, a credit card hold is used and the it will be released within 48 hours after check-out.Held amount released is expected to reach in guest account within 7 business days .Credit card preauth links are shared 24hrs prior to arrival. Please do not use debit cards as it will purchasing the amount instead holding .
✔️Passport copy of all staying guest to be shared before arrival . This requirement is essential and mandated by building security and the Dubai Tourism Department (DTCM) due to our licensing as a holiday home company.
✔️ Prior to your check-in, guests are expected to sign the Holiday Home Guest Check-in document. This document outlines the terms and conditions of the holiday home rental agreement between the Licensee (us) and the Guest (you).
✔️ No Refunds: No refunds under any circumstances for cancellations. A fee of AED 2,000 min applies for any alteration requests or early cancellations.
⏳ Late Check-Out Fees:
After 12 : 00 Hrs AED 500 for the first hour.
After 13:00 Hrs : AED 1,000 per additional hour.
✔️ Lost/Damaged Keys & Access Cards: Minimum fee of AED 500 applies.
✔️ No Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking inside the unit. A fine of AED 2,000 will be charged if any smoking smell is detected.
✔️We kindly request that guests respect the residential nature of the Holiday Home.
✔️Guests are expected to show respect for the residential amenities, building security, and neighbors. We request that guests refrain from any uncivilized or inappropriate behavior.
✔️ Guests must maintain a noise-free environment, especially between 10 pm and 8 am, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Noise levels should be such that they cannot be heard by adjacent neighbors when inside their homes with windows and doors closed.Building management can give fine and same will be levied .
✔️ Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking areas. Violations will result in fines ranging from 500 to 1000 AED. This policy is in place to ensure clean air for subsequent guests.
✔️ Please follow designated vehicle parking rules and be considerate to others when parking, minimizing disturbances.
1✔️ Dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the unit, building, or community guidelines. Please use the allocated bins,garbage chute and areas for disposal.Follow the policy of not leaving rubbish in public or common areas.
✔️. Kindly ensure the safety of your valuable belongings, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage. Your cooperation and precautionary measures are greatly appreciated.
