The 4025 sq ft custom built home is situated close to the corner of Twin Lakes Drive and Canyon Blvd, with views of the Gondola passing by and quaint forest setting. Walking distance to the Village offering access to shopping, restaurants and all of the fun Summer festivals, this home has convenient access to it all. In the Summer the bike shuttle loop is just down Canyon Blvd and you can easily hop on and off of the lakes basin pathways. For the Winter you are not far from the Gondola access taking you right to Canyon Lodge.

The home itself offers 3 levels of extensive living and family space, laundry, a wrap around deck, game room, & a garage that fits up to 4 cars! After you enter the home with the double entrance with garages on each side, you are welcomed by a large entry mud room with ample storage. With two bedrooms on this level of the home, the first featuring a California King size bed with home office desk space and large flatscreen TV. The second bedroom features bunk beds with Full on bottom, twin on top, flatscreen TV and gaming console, the perfect hideway for the kiddos. Both bedrooms have access to a shared hall bath with tub/shower combo. A powder room completes this level.
