Great Location, House Meh
PROS: Perfect location and community! Didn’t meet a single rude person. A Publix and Walmart are very close. Anything else is just a short drive down the road. Wi-Fi worked well. Each room had a nice smart TV in it. The community pool was well maintained. The host was very responsive to inquiries.
CONS: We had to tighten each toilet and level the washing machine. The door on the middle bathroom did not lock. There was also no toilet paper holder in there. The upstairs bathroom didn’t have a hand towel rack and the shower light did not work. We had to buy a box fan to even get a comfortable sleep due to there being poor air circulation on the third floor. Likely due to filters not being replaced/cleaned which the dust covered return vents proved. Which leads me to the cleaning quality, which was poor. The house needs a HUGE deep clean. There were fake nails under the foot of the master bed, food on the kitchen floor, and cob webs over every hanging over head light.
VRBO should require listings to have new pictures loaded often. There are so many holes and scratches in the walls. Many outlets not properly installed or have exposed wiring come out of it.
