A lovely, large villa with private pool & gorgeous views of the sunset over the ocean.
Multiple outside areas to enjoy; a lush garden, a spacious side terrace with plenty of sunbeds & a private, good-sized pool area.
The villa is spread over 3 floors, the front door welcomes you into a bright, airy space leading to 3 large double bedrooms & a bathroom. Upstairs: a light & spacious living area, terrace, shower room, kitchen & big balcony.

A lovely, large villa with gorgeous views of the sunset over the ocean.
Multiple outside areas to enjoy; a lush garden, a spacious side terrace with plenty of sunbeds & a private decent sized pool area.
The villa is spread over 3 floors, the front door welcomes you into a bright airy space leading to 3 double bedrooms each with a terrace (two large double bedrooms, 1 smaller double bedroom) & the main bathroom.
BRAND NEW BED & MATRESSES
Wardrobes are inaccessible but each bedroom has hangrails & chest of drawers provided)
Upstairs a light & spacious living area boasting beautiful views out to the ocean, sunset & hillside.
There is a shower room (with w/c) & kitchen with all mod cons including filtered drinking water & big balcony.
A large garage underneath the property, may not be available for parking use (street parking is preferred).

The entire spacious villa is for rent, including the sizeable private pool and large outdoor terraces, balconies & garden.
The large garage on the floor below is usually just available for use of the washing machine, not for parking.
Street parking is preferable.
However please state *well in advance of your stay* if you would like to use the garage for parking and it will be considered *only if it is possible at that time*. €250- deposit for garage door remote to ensure it's treated like gold dust, avoiding the hassle of replacement. :)
Other things to note
Enjoy the local surroundings in the village' restaurants and walks in nature.
There is a brand new cafe/restaurant virtually next door (& a mini supermarket open 6 days a week 9am-9pm)
A car is recommended to explore the wonderful island of Tenerife. The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes drive. The airport is a 20 minute drive and you can drive up to Mount Teide within an hour! The capital Santa Cruz is 50 minutes drive and my personal favourite Abama beach in Alcala is less than 30 minutes drive on the other side of the island (usually the warmer side!). El medano is 30 minutes drive, hosting the annual wind surfing championships, a cool surfer vibe to be soaked up here!
There are so many amazing local walks, one of my favourites is Roque del Conde, you can drive up from the villa 10 minutes and find the (flat) peak of the mountain in 90 minutes depending on your pace, it's not for the faint hearted and you'll need good footwear :)
I am a yoga teacher so of course I can happily recommend holistic/ healthy activities and places if you wish! :)
Please note that PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a very quiet neighbourhood and we would all like to keep it that way.
If you ignore this and have music and noise above the quiet residential level clearly stated then your group will be removed from the property without refund so Please book elsewhere if you are looking to party in Tenerife :)

Dieses Ferienhaus in Arona liegt in den Bergen und in Strandnähe. Golfplatz Golf del Sur ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Strand von Los Cristianos und Playa Las Vistas (Strand). Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Siam Park und Camel Park.
