Welcome to the Splash Inn! This property has been professionally designed and renovated to provide the ultimate Tybee Island getaway with all the amenities you will need to have a comfortable and fun filled beach vacation. Enjoy a heated pool, propane grill, outdoor shower, beach chairs, pool floats, screened in porches with daybeds, and upscale furnishings to promote relaxation and gathering with your friends and family!
Located on the South end of Tybee. Walking distance from Tybee's restaurants and bars, simply walk across the street to the beach! Extremely convenient location and free parking in our expansive gravel lot.
*****Please note: This Home is two units in a duplex, including an upper and lower unit. This LISTING is for the entire home both the upper and lower unit.*****
This listing is for the entire duplex (both the upper and lower units) with two screened in front porches, outdoor seating areas, and access to a connected private pool area with a grill.
This listing is for the ENTIRE home, great for families with adolescent children, couples, or larger families and groups traveling together looking for private amenities while having private access to the entire property, as the lower unit is separate from the top unit. (Separate entrances for each unit. There is no access between units inside the house).
The lower unit boasts a screened in porch with a twin size hanging daybed. Upon entering the unit, you will find an open concept living and dining area with a living area, smart TV, books for reading, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Please note there is no dishwasher in the lower unit but there is one upstairs for guest use.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled to offer tile floors and a custom tiled shower, as well as an LED light mirror and modern vanity.
There are two bedrooms in this unit. The first bedroom off of the living room includes a Full Size bed as well as a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom off the kitchen, offers a Queen sized bed.
Upstairs, guests can enjoy a second screened in porch equipped with a daybed swing and an outdoor dining table. Upon entering the unit, you will find a comfortable living area equipped with a sofa, additional lounge seating, a smart TV, and plenty of board games and books for any rainy days! The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances including an electric range stove, microwave, drip coffee maker, as well as a keurig, a retro style refrigerator, and a dishwasher.
Sleeping arrangements upstairs include 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 twin beds adjoined by a jack and jill bathroom leading to the second bedroom which offers a full sized bed.
There is a large, gravel parking lot directly in front of the house to provide free parking for guests. Additional parking directly in front of the unit on the street is available, however should not be necessary. The parking lot attached to the Splash Inn and can comfortably fit up to 4 vehicles.
