BEDROOMS:

The residence features three distinct and roomy bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 – The master bedroom, which is the most spacious, includes a king-size bed, a twin bed with a trundle, and an attached bathroom. It also boasts a sizable dresser, and the king bed is equipped with pull-out storage drawers.
Bedroom 2 – Furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin bed.
Bedroom 3 – Also furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin bed.
*A pack'n play is provided for our youngest guests. 😊

BATHROOMS:

The house features two full bathrooms, both offering ample storage and excellent water pressure. The first bathroom, situated next to the master bedroom, boasts a separate bathtub and shower. The second bathroom, nestled between the first and second bedrooms, includes a combined shower and bathtub. With these spacious bathrooms, guests can enjoy convenience and comfort without the wait— a true luxury, especially during vacation.

LIVING AREAS:

This open-concept house is designed to merge the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one seamless space, ideal for entertainment and family gatherings. The primary living area boasts a reclining couch, a pair of cozy chairs, and a smart TV, situated next to the dining space and a well-appointed kitchen. The expansive kitchen countertop also includes extra bar seating.

The secondary living room, situated at the front of the house, boasts a spacious luxury couch, cozy chairs, a compact sofa, and a smart TV.

ESSENTIALS:

Extra bath towels are provided for your convenience. The house is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, which you are welcome to use, along with an iron and ironing board. To kick off your vacation, we supply hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags. Free Wi-Fi access is available for all guests.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen comes fully equipped, perfect for showcasing your culinary talents or grabbing a quick snack. Provided kitchen equipment includes:

GARAGE:

The house includes a standard two-car garage for your convenience. Additionally, the driveway is spacious enough to fit up to four vehicles. Please send us your personal email address before you arrive, and you will receive instructions from the garage application via email.

GENERAL RULES & INFO:

- The house is designated as non-smoking, and we request that any smoking be done outside to prevent odors from lingering. If needed, the screened porch may be used, provided the glass sliding door is kept closed. We are committed to providing a clean and inviting environment for all guests. Your cooperation in maintaining this standard of cleanliness is greatly appreciated.

- Family gatherings, birthday events, and wedding celebrations are welcome. However, please refrain from hosting parties; disruptive gatherings of any size are not permitted.

PETS:

Dogs are welcome at our property, as we recognize they are an integral part of many families. We kindly request that you evaluate your dog's behavior to ensure compatibility with our environment. Guests are asked to provide a bed or lay down a blanket for their dogs before allowing them on the furniture. While our preference is for medium to small-sized dogs, exceptions can be made with prior approval. For any specific inquiries or concerns, please contact us. Should you have pets other than dogs, please get in touch before making a reservation.

An additional pet fee of $50 per stay is required if you choose to bring your pet. Dogs must be house-trained and crated when unsupervised. Please ensure you bring a crate if you intend to leave the property without your dog.

Kindly ensure to clean up after your pets and properly dispose of their waste.

*The backyard is completely enclosed with fencing, and any gaps below are fortified to prevent even the most daring puppies from escaping.

WEATHER CONSIDERATIONS:

Please be aware that due to the rains, warm temperatures, and increased moisture a lot of critters are around. Please make sure to close doors and windows to not let anything in. We have regular bug spaying services, but there is only so much they can do. Also, when bringing grocery bags in, avoid placing them on the ground outside to prevent bugs getting a ride inside. This was just in case you are not familiar with southern and especially Florida issues. Thank you for your understanding.
