This amazing BEACHFRONT 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo sits in the desirable Goldcoast area of Ocean City, NJ and has just been completely renovated. It has a beautiful wrap around deck, paver patio and private entrance to the beach. Also has a private outdoor shower with changing area.
This first-floor property is located at 32nd and Wesley Ave. There is a 1 car garage to part or store all of your beach stuff while on vacation, as well as 2 additional parking spaces on the property.
Enjoy the open floor plan for entertaining. The incredible gourmet kitchen is fully functional with everything you need. The living room comes equipped with WIFI and a large flat screen TV. Enjoy the ambience of the color-changing fireplace with or without heat for a relaxing mood. For your convenience, the unit has brand new full-size washer and dryer.

You will need to bring your own linens and bath towels or rent them from a local service. You also need to bring your own beach towels and chairs.

Looking for fun out of the surf and sand? A quick stroll to the boardwalk finds you 2 large amusement parks with rides and attractions for all ages. There's also a great water park, miniature golf courses, arcades, shops and restaurants. Enjoy a family surrey ride, fly a kite, or just eat ice cream while watching the sunset. Ocean City, NJ is a GREAT family vacation destination!!

We had an amazing time. It was so great to be able to walk right into the beach!!! The sunrise was absolutely stunning!!! There were 8 of us and 2 babies and we had plenty of room. The place was very clean and updated!!! I would absolutely stay there again.

Fantastic every year!

This is our second year at this property with Lisa as our host and we had a fantastic time. The rental is beautiful and well-maintained and in an excellent location on the beach near the boardwalk. The whole family highly recommends this beach home away from home.!

Golf and travel with friends

The property is spacious, neat and clean and well maintained. The drawbacks are that the host doesn't provide linen, pillow covers, shampoo, paper towels and bathroom tissues. We were disappointed as these basic essentials were not covered in the stay.

My wife and her 6 friends all had a wonderful time at this property. Completely renovated and beautiful. Right on the beach and was the perfect getaway. Would highly recommend for large groups as there were 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms on the lower level, and steps away from the beach!

Fantastic view

The stay was incredible. Everything the host said that would be provided for us, was there. The view of the beach was incredible from the broad walk. My kids had a ball on the beach and so did I. Everything was close by as far as restaurants, Casinos, Water park, grocery stores and convenient stores. I would definitely rent from the host again. Overall the trip was AMAZING!!!

Absolutely awesome

We stayed at the house while we were on a mini convention. We chose this house over a hotel so that we could use the common areas as a team building spot to just hang out together after meetings. I’m the mother hen of the group and went to bed early to listen to podcasts and allow the guys to bond. I went back out at midnight and everyone was still going strong the house is beautiful and had everything you could need. The location right behind the dunes allows you privacy while enjoying it all. I’m a bathroom snob and i have to say: all of the bathrooms are amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful Beach house getaway!

To commemorate 15 years of sisterhood eleven of us Sorority line sisters stayed for a long weekend Thurs to Monday. We are a cross section of educators, corporate executives,federal agents, therapists, social workers and successful entrepreneurs. Everyone wanted to stay an extra day! We took long walkson the beach steps away from our porch at Sunrise and sunset. Enjoyed meals and cooked as a family. Lisa and her husband recommended eateries: dinner at the crab trap and breakfast at readys cafe. Both recommendations were top shelf! We ordered 5 trays of food from Marios, another recommendation from Lisa! Fantastic! The chicken parm is a showstopper! The kitchen, living and dining rooms had more than enough space for us. The garage held beach chairs abd mats so you can easily sit on the beach and get sun and beach enjoyment. The natural light and sun time was exquisite. The bathrooms and all bedrooms were updated and were TOP shelf! The pictures DO NOT LIE! We are planning to return soon if we can! 5/5!!! A perfect score. Thank you again for making this trip so memorable!!! Highly recommend!
