You will find this hidden gem in the quiet and convenient Highlands Reserve neighborhood, being close to everything and loaded with golf course view, humongous space, and quality upgrades. This beautiful house can host up to 14 guests, featuring 6 bedrooms with 10 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen, a spacious living room, a game room, and a pool. This kind of space, community facilities, protected peace, is definitely a rare find!
This house features 6 bedrooms (with 10 beds) and 3 full bathrooms, providing enough space for big family or group. We have 2 themed bedrooms - Frozen and Star Wars, especially designed for your little ones! This house also has a well stocked kitchen with everything you need for preparing fresh meals, an outside pool, and a game room with a pool table, air hockey table, and a video game arcade machine for our guests to enjoy. New appliances and smart home devices (smart TV, nest thermostat, etc) are also equipped in this house for better stay experience.
You will have access to the entire house. You can park in front of the garage and there are a lot of free street parkings available in the neighborhood, so parking would be a breeze!

Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

Please be noted that it would take 24-48 hrs for the pool to heat up. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.
8.【Pest Control】
Although this house is on a scheduled pest control maintenance, you may still see ants, cockroaches, spiders, and other assorted insects inside the house. It's impossible to eradicate in this tropical environment and should not be construed as a sign of uncleanliness. You can help to reduce their visits by keeping the counters and sink clear of any open food, taking out the trash everyday, and leaving package boxes outside/disposing them right away.
