March 2025 Vacay

My wife and I stay in Cape Coral each winter and this villa was well located and has easy access to stores and restaurants. The Villa was very clean. The pool was warm, clean and inviting. The pool service person comes once a week and ensures that the pool is well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The owner and the property manager communicated very quickly to any questions we had and kept in touch with us to ensure all was as expected! We would definitely stay at this villa again!again

Spring Break 2023

We had an outstanding stay! The house is beautiful and just what we needed. Clean, South facing pool with very large pool deck for enjoying the sun. The property manager was very accommodating when we had questions. Close walk to coffee, ice cream, Publix, and much more. We will be back!

Impeccably clean!

Absolutely the best VRBO place we have ever stayed at. We usually don’t leave a review but this time we had to. The rental company is like no other, one of their staff visited the day after we arrived and gave us an overview of the area. This company protocol is excellent because it gives the rental companY accountability and had anything been wrong action could have been taken right away. The house is perfectly located in a residential local area and close to grocery store and other necessities. The house is impeccable! We usually have to do some sort of cleaning with other rentals but not this time… I was literally spic and span! Has everything we needed and more. The pool was delightful with the exception of bugs after every storm that went by. But the pump worked overnight and by morning the bugs were gone. The beds were great and with two king size beds it was roomy. We had a great time and a pleasant stay!

Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood

The house is perfect for a family of 4. Has everything you need in a quiet local neighborhood. Owner is great but management company is slow to respond and not customer service oriented. We had issues with the pool cleanliness from day one and messaged them nearly every other day about sending someone to clean it. We asked them for the pool net so we could do part of the cleaning ourselves. The water was cloudy and the filter didn’t seem to be working. It wasn’t until day 12 of our stay that a pool tech finally came to clean the pool. We rented this place miles away from the ocean with the intention of spending a lot of time in the pool. Unfortunately the management company could care less and was not concerned about a clean pool as we were. This is our second time staying here but probably our last as the lack of maintenance is starting to show. It is very clean however but cracks in the walls, shower, and floor are creeping up. All the towels small bad and are rough, the smell comes from the washing machine which is a front loader. We love the house and location but wish the property manager would take better care of it.

Amazing Cape Coral Home

This house was a perfect retreat for our young family. The home is newer, well-designed, and has a fantastic layout. The home has a fantastic open living room/kitchen that is big and spacious. The master suite is amazing and right off the living room. On the other side of the kitchen/living room is a hallway featuring two bedrooms and a bathroom. The house was well-kept, very clean, and felt like home on our stay away. The homeowner and management keep the home well stocked with the amenities you might need on your trip. The home is located within a mile of the Marina at Cape Harbour which features Rum Runners restaurant and the French Press Cafe, which were both amazing. Publix is also less than a half mile away. You are about 30 minutes from numerous Gulf beaches as well. The property managers were great and stopped by our first morning to make sure we had everything we needed. They were accessible had we needed them. Overall, a fantastic stay and we'll definitely be back the next time we are in Cape Coral!
