The space
Each bedroom includes a dresser and closet. One smaller bedroom has a window air conditioner, and an air conditioner on the landing between the first and second floors provides some cooling for the house.

Wifi and Netflix included. Snow removal provided in winter. Guests have access to whole house, yard, and driveway plus garage (parking for four vehicles)
Other things to note
Due to city ordinances, minimum 30 day rental period and maximum four occupants (unless all are related) are not negotiable. Exception to four occupant maximum is if all renters are related to each other and none of the renters are not related. As this property is only available for stays of 30+ days, no discount is available for longer term bookings.
