You will find Fresh clean Linens, very comfortable King Size Bed in Master bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 Queen size and two twins in the other two bedrooms.
This home sleeps up to 6 guests. However, upon request in advance, I could consider one or two extra guests with an additional cost per extra guests: an extra bedding accommodation (queen airbed) will be provided.
If coming with infant, there will be also a Pack-N -Play available upon request at no extra charge!
Garage is not included but you'll have plenty of space for all you need and an easy access to the Laundry room located just next to the kitchen. Beach chairs and Beach umbrella will be ready for you in the outdoor screened pool area, which offers a large patio with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs and lounge chairs.
The backyard is fully fenced and, when in season, you can enjoy delicious mangos that comes naturally from the tree!

Please note that per HOA restriction, absolutely no noise after 10pm outside, No large parties or events. The person reserving this home Must be at least 25yrs and occupy the place for the full length of stay. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund.
Boat owners are prohibited from parking trailers on the property. Guests who park a trailer on the property will be responsible for fines billed from the HOA & City.
