Welcome to our stunning and stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house nestled in the picturesque Poconos. The house is in amenity-rich gated community with 3 lakes and 2 swimming pools (seasonally available), tennis courts and more. Our charming vacation home promises a delightful escape for families and is thoughtfully designed to cater to all your needs. The spacious backyard offers hammock, a five-person hot tub, and a fire pit.

Brining your dog with you? - There are two dog parks near the entrance to the gated community (for small and large dogs). Please scroll down for more pet related rules.

☀ ☀ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ☀ ☀
The home has 3 bedrooms and a loft.
- A master bedroom with a king size bed with 12 inches memory foam mattress,
- A second room with a queen size bed with 12 inches memory foam mattress
- A third room with two twin beds, each with 12 inches memory foam mattress.
The loft has a sleeper sofa and there is a 13 inches inflatable twin mattress as well if needed.

☀ ☀ COOKING AND DINING ☀ ☀
The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, pots, silverware, plates, spices, olive oil, vinegar… anything you need to cook a dinner from scratch for the entire family. And of course, coffee (regular and decaf) and tea, which you can fix yourself using coffee maker, kettle, French Press or classic espresso maker.

Can't leave your work at home? No worries - we have a quiet place for you to work and super fast internet to help you get things done quickly, so you can get back to relax with your loved ones.

We know that traveling with toddlers can be stressful, so we saved you packing a crib, high chair, plastic plates, cups and silverware - we have it all.

There are two flat screen TVs - one in the living room (65 inches TV) and one in the loft (55 inches TV), so you can stream your favorite shows on the big screens while the kids are playing PlayStation upstairs (yes, we have PlayStation as well!)

You'll enjoy the backyard… relax in the hot tub, take a nap on the hammock, or gather around the fire-pit (look for the marshmallow roasting sticks in the kitchen)

☀ ☀ BRINING YOUR DOG WITH YOU? ☀ ☀
We allow 1 non-shedding house-trained dog. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 will be added to your booking (you’ll see the nightly price goes a bit higher when you add a pet). This fee covers damage and the extra charges our cleaning crew charges for a deep cleaning when pets are in the house.
- Dog needs to be in a crate when left alone (We have a crate you can use)
- When outside, ALWAYS on a leash
- Guests must clean up after your dog.
- PLEASE be mindful of future guests and help us taking care of the house
