Parking - 4 spots in the driveway and room for trailer or boat parking on the road as it is located a a semi private circle with minimum traffic
Pool cleaning - Wednesday, Thursday or Friday depending on check-in and check-outs. Pool is open concept and is 30% warmer than covered pools.
Windy days can cause some debris in the pool between cleanings. Feel free to let me know if you need it skimmed.
The garage is not included in the rental. Please let me know when you would like to access the laundry.

There is an addition, mother- in-law suite that was added on the back of the garage when built in 2006. It is NOT a rental! The unit has its own private fenced yard, private gate and private entrance. The unit does not share or access pool or the 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental and is occasionally occupied.
