The central hallway connects you to the bedrooms, shared bathroom, and dining room. The larger bedroom boasts a king bed, tropical wallpaper, and another gorgeous geometric mural, while the smaller still packs a punch with its graphic wallpaper, comfy queen bed, and sizable closet. The six-seat dining room’s historic built-ins add charm and storage, but the turquoise counters beyond draw you right into the fully renovated kitchen. New stainless appliances will have you cooking up a storm, but the adjacent laundry room/pantry can handle any mess you throw at it.

Nice weather can be enjoyed from either the shady front porch or the sunny back deck, but you’ll have a hard time staying at home from this amazing location. This property is one block from central Inman Park's finest restaurants and shops and two blocks from Freedom Park Trail and the BeltLine. It's also a quick stroll to Atlanta's largest outdoor farmers market, open year round on Saturdays, and all the gorgeous greenspace that the neighborhood has to offer. * Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling.
* Pet Policy: Dogs allowed; $250 1st dog, $100 2nd. Pet damages are the guest's responsibility.
* Cancellations: Cancellation policy will apply minus any credit card processing fees.
* ID Verification: Required for all guests; secure third-party vetting with encryption and GDPR compliance. Security deposits may apply.

The Neighborhood:
Inman Park is a lush and historic area known for its architecture and lively dining scene. Hip brunch spots, cafes, and wine bars cluster around the Eastside BeltLine Trail, a converted railway line popular with walkers and cyclists. There's also Krog Street Market, with artisan bakeries and food stalls in a refurbished factory. The area’s history as Atlanta’s first planned suburb is reflected in its impressive Victorian homes and verdant Springvale Park.

Getting Around:
The Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA Station is on the Blue and Green Line. There are surface parking lots on both the Inman Park and Reynoldstown sides of the station but no overnight parking. Inman Park has multiple Zip cars as well as MARTA bus connections. You can download the MARTA On the Go app to see bus and train schedules.

Interaction with Guests:
We give our guests space but we are available when needed! Minty Living has a full time in-house team ready for mid-stay turnover (if requested) and responsive to any unforeseen maintenance issues.
