Bienvenidos a Casa Naniki where simplicity meets elegance and comfort. This home is perfect for groups of family and friends looking to enjoy Rincon’s treasures. Located in the heart of Rincon and walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarket, gastro park and more! Excellent for entertaining!
Naniki is a spirit representing activity according to Caribbean Taino heritage. Casa Naniki is the place to have fun and enjoy!
The space
The property includes lush tropical grounds with fruit trees, complimented by a magnificent outdoor kitchen with an island, swimming pool, gazebo, lounge furniture, recliners, hammocks, outdoor shower and bathroom, and is perfect for entertaining! Downstairs there is an adjacent master suite features a king size bed, AC, full bathroom, couch, desk, closet, and even a surfboard. In addition, there's a spacious game room with two full size bunk beds (4 full size beds), AC, dressers, night table with night light, laundry room, air hockey table, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, pool towels, boogie board, snorkeling gear, surf boards, paddle boards, bicycles, iron/board and beach chairs.
The second story has a separate newly renovated kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, and a beautiful large balcony with a lounge, dining area, and hammocks over looking the pool. This section is perfect for breakfast and sunsets. A stunning five star kitchen with island and dining table is fully stocked with the basic essentials you need to feel at home. The living room is comfortable with roku TV, board games, information about the area and wifi. The first bedroom is a queen size master suite, with a full size bathroom, AC, built-ins, a full size mirror, surf board, night table with light and usb connection and accessories. The second features a queen size bed, AC, full size mirror, surf board, night table with light and usb connection and accessories with a a full size bathroom across the hall. The third room features twin beds, AC, built-in storage, night table with light and usb connection.

This property is located off 115, right in the heart of Rincon! Walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, downtown Rincon and more.

We expect guests to treat our home with respect and as if it were theirs.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Visitors not listed on your reservation are not allowed.
2. This is a family friendly property. Children and infants are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.
3. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers.
4. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Checking in early or before 3:00 p.m. is not allowed unless previously coordinated ($150 fee) gand authorized by us. Checkout is at 11:00 am, please be considerate as our staff needs to clean the unit for the next guests, everyone wants to arrive to a clean house.
5. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED.
6. Guests are responsible for keeping the house in clean and sanitary conditions until the end of their reservation.
7. QUIET ENJOYMENT: Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other or nearby residents. Illegal activities or drugs of any kind are not allowed on this property.
8. Guest will be charged the total cost to replace any missing or damaged items during their reservation. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK IN OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE GUESTS.
9. Guest agrees to know and pay for following fees if any rules are broken:
a. Smoking: $200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking
b. Late checkout: $150 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
c. Lost keys: $150 to replace keys and locks as of lost keys
d. Long term reservations will be charged an additional Service Fee Cleaning after every 7 days.
10. You ensure you have a crime free record and won’t carry any weapons to the property.
11. ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
12. A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
13. You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the House Rules occur.
14. If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
15. Swimming Pool Rules:
a. No Running
b. No Diving
c. No Glass
d. No Food or Drinks
e. Under age must be accompany by an adult
16. Please do not flush toilet paper, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilet. Guests will be responsible for damages.
17. We currently have no generator and no water cistern system in case of emergency.
