This private suite cabin apartment is located on the lower level of a 3-unit property. Please note, as the suite is situated beneath another unit, occasional creaks from above may be heard, but rest assured, the only shared space with other guests is the driveway.

If you have any questions about this just reach out! People seem to get confused, but at the address there is a two-story building with two cozy units on the bottom level, and one larger unit on the upper level. These are all rented separately because they have their own entrances and porch areas, etc. Only the driveway is shared.

The apartment suite comes with extra linens, pillows, blankets, towels, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry soap, coffee filters, and basic cooking seasonings.

We can almost guarantee that you will see a Black Bear in the Spring/Summer/Fall months. They are very common in our neighborhood!

Ideal location! Just a 2-mile drive from downtown Gatlinburg. Black Bear Suite is a woods-facing lower unit that can be accessed via the marked path on the right side of the main house. This private unit is not visible from the road or driveway.

Parking is available on the premises for guests only. On this three-unit property, guests share the driveway space so please be respectful. One vehicle per booking is allowed.

A broom is conveniently located on the outside deck as the leaves fall frequently in this area.

There is an outdoor security camera located at the front door.

Occasionally the upper cabin a level above the suite has guests booked. You will be sharing a parking area with other guests. While they have completely separate entrances and porches, there may be some ambient noise. The interior of the house has great soundproofing, so this shouldn't be a problem.

You are in bear country and are likely to see some bears in the neighborhood! Make sure to dispose of any food if you grill and don't leave any food out or in your car. Bears are smart and can open car doors if they smell food so make sure you lock up behind you!
