Waterview #206 is a 2 Bedroom/2Bathroom Condo that accommodates 6 guests. Go on Vacation and live the Florida Beach Lifestyle! From the Balconies you have full view of the pool, which hosts sun loungers, sun umbrellas, Hot Tub and grill for cooking out! Cross the road and within minutes you can sink your feet into the sand and soak up the sunshine at Indian Rocks Beach. It has a closet full of all the beach necessities! Load it in the beach wagon and off you go! Waterview #206 has everything you'll need. Walking in you will find a nook with a Desk and Chair. The Kitchen and Dining Room open up to a spacious Living area where everyone can relax while hanging out inside. Friends and Family can gather while making dinner and watching a movie. Enjoy the Florida Decor and Plantation Shutters The Master Bedroom is furnished with Bohemian colors and Unique Accessories! A King size bed and an Ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a Tub/Shower combination. You have a private entrance to the Balcony.
The 2nd Bedroom is set up with a twin over twin Bunkbed and a Queen size Bed. The Guest Bathroom has a step in shower and features a Jack and Jill door to the 2nd Bedroom. The Pool is in your view from every balcony in the condo. There also is a private stackable Washer and Dryer. You have a reserved Parking spot and guest parking is available. Enjoy your Stay!!

Living Room: Sofa and Loveseat, 2 Easy Chairs, Large TV and games, Coffee Table with 2 End Tables, Ceiling Fan, Sliding Doors with Plantation Shutters leading out to Balcony overlooking the Pool.

Dining Room: Glass Top Table with seating for 4. There are 2 addition barstools at the kitchen counter.

Kitchen: Refrigerator w/ Ice and Water in the Door, Stove/Oven, Granite Countertops, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kuerig Coffee Maker and a Coffee pot, 2 slice toaster, Blender, Crockpot and a Pantry

Master Bedroom: King size Bed with 2 nightstands, Dresser, Ceiling Fan ,TV, Armoire, Chair with small Table, Walk in Closet with luggage rack and Sliding Doors to Balcony hosting a small table and chairs overlooking the Pool. Ensuite Bathroom with double vanity and a Tub/Shower Combination.

Bedroom #2: Queen size Bed. Twin over Twin Bunkbed, nightstand, wicker dresser and chair, TV and A sliding door to the Balcony with view of the pool and table with 4 chairs.

Office Nook: Desk and Chair

Guest Bathroom: Single Vanity with Step in Shower. There is a Jack and Jill Door connecting to the 2nd Bedroom.

Beach Closet: Wagon, 6 Beach Chairs, Umbrella, Coolers, Towels, Beach Toys, Fishing Poles
Laundry Closet: Stackable Washer and Dryer
Elevator and Private parking spot with guest parking available.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking:
This unit provides 1 parking space.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
