Cozy, dog-friendly, and thoughtfully stocked, this home is perfect for multi-family vacations, couples' trips, or any group wanting to relax with room to spread out.

We’re not a big rental company—we’re a family that vacationed here for years before purchasing the home ourselves. Now we care for it the same way we did as guests, and we love sharing it with others.
We welcome well-behaved dogs (just let us know when booking). Sorry, no cats or other animals.

The main living area is located on the upper level and features an open-concept living and dining room with comfy reclining couches, plus a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances (installed November 2024).

The downstairs level is completely separate from the upstairs and has its own private entrance (no interior stairs).

What’s Included:
We’ve stocked the home with everything you need for a comfortable stay: kitchen essentials (pots, pans, oil, basic spices), paper towels and coffee, and bath products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper). Each guest is also provided one beach towel.
The laundry room is located downstairs and includes a washer, dryer, detergent and dryer sheets. You’ll also find beach gear here—pop-up canopy, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. Feel free to use whatever you need; just rinse it off and return it when you’re done.
Dog-Friendly Always:
Lucky’s Lookout is named in memory of our beloved dog, and we welcome your pups with open arms. We provide food and water bowls and waste bags, plus towels and furniture covers. Just let us know at booking if you’re bringing your dogs so we can have everything ready for them. Sorry—no cats or other animals are allowed.
Location & Neighborhood Perks:
We’re located in Sea Isle on Galveston’s quieter West End, just a short walk to the beach. Neighborhood amenities include a playground, basketball and pickleball courts, a fishing pier, a community pool, and a marina with a full-service restaurant and bar. The Galveston Food Truck Park and The Wet Whistle bar are just a few lots down from the house.
Sea Isle is about 25–30 minutes from Downtown Galveston, the Seawall, and other East End attractions.

Guest access:
Full access to home, minus supply closets in bunkroom and downstairs bedroom.
Lucky’s Lookout is a family-owned and personally managed home—this is not a party house. We’ve poured our hearts into creating a peaceful, relaxing space for families and friends to make memories, and we ask that all guests treat it with the same love and care we do.
Please respect the following policies:
No parties or large gatherings. The maximum occupancy is 12 people total, including any daytime visitors. If you’d like to request special permission for non-overnight guests, discuss with owner at the time of booking.
Outdoor security camera is located on the front of the home, facing the driveway and street. It remains on 24/7 for safety and property monitoring.
Community Pool Access:
The Sea Isle community pool is just a few blocks from the house. It’s open (weather permitting) from 10 AM to 8 PM during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). If you'd like access, please let us know when you book—guests must purchase a $100 weekly pass (good for up to 10 people) through the Sea Isle Property Owners Association.
Fishing Pier Access:
The Sea Isle private fishing pier is available to guests who request access at least 48 hours before check-in. A keycard is required. Guests must agree to pay a $150 fee if the card is lost or not returned, and let us know immediately if it goes missing so we can deactivate it. Use of the pier is at your own risk. Please follow all posted rules and signage.
Groceries & Essentials:
There is a small locally owned grocery store less than 10 minutes from the home for basics and quick trips. However, if you're planning a big grocery run, we recommend stopping on your way to the island—larger stores like Kroger and Walmart are approximately 25 minutes away.
