PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no parties or gatherings are permitted at this property. Maximum occupancy of the property is 12 total people. Unregistered/non-overnight guests not permitted without owner approval. Occupancy limit is strictly enforced.
You will have full access to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open concept living area. Your favorite part of the home (besides how close it is to the beach!) will be the fully fenced yard with covered patio & tiki bar with TV, picnic table, outdoor sofa, large green space for the kids and dogs, plus a hot tub & outdoor shower. We also have an upstairs deck, perfect for watching the waves and sunbathing.
The main floor of the house is located upstairs, and contains an open concept living and dining room plus a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, electric griddle, crockpot, blender, basic oil and spices, and more!
Beach towels and pet sofa covers provided. Leather reclining sofa and loveseat added to living room September 2023.
The set up of this house makes it an ideal place if you are traveling with multiple families or couples-everyone has their own space!
Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1- King bed, Roku tv
Bedroom 2- Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room)- Twin over full bunkbed plus an additional twin bed, Roku tv
Also upstairs, there are 2 full bathrooms:
Bathroom 1- Full bathroom with walk-in shower
Bathroom 2- Full bathroom with shower/tub combo
Enjoy the view from the large upstairs deck in our tall Adirondack chairs, or relax and sunbathe on one of our lounge chairs.
Downstairs, fully separate from the upper level, you will find an additional living space containing 2 bedrooms with brand new queen mattresses (April 2024), and a full bathroom with walk in shower.
Bedroom 4- Queen bed, Roku tv, mini fridge. Climate controlled with window ac/space heater.
Bedroom 5- Queen bed, climate controlled with window ac/space heater.
Bathroom 3- Full bathroom with walk-in shower
There is an additional private outdoor shower located next to the hot tub at the rear of the home.
The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located downstairs. A starter supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets will be provided. Guests can find beach gear in the laundry room: pop-up canopy, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc.
The fenced in patio and yard make this a unique find! Hang out in the shaded bar area and listen to the waves or watch a game on the Roku TV. Or, you can play some corn hole, grill on our two charcoal grills, and just let the kids and dogs run around in the large fenced yard. The older kids and adults can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private hot tub, located in the back of the yard.
A picnic table and outdoor sofa were added to the space July/August 2023.
The beach is an easy 3-5 minute walk from the home. If you have small kids or lots of beach supplies, load them up in the car and drive across to the beach access point-it's a less than 1 minute drive from the driveway to the parking lot!
We provide 1 beach towel per person for your stay. You can help yourself to any beach supplies in the laundry room-just don't forget to rinse them off and return them when you're done.
We know no vacation is complete without the four-legged family members, which is why we are dog friendly! We will provide food and water bowls for your stay-just don't forget to clean up after them in the yard with the provided doggy waste bags. Please be honest when planning to bring pets-additional pets may be permitted upon approval. Please be sure to make any requests for additional pets at time of booking.
The home is fully stocked with kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, oil, basic spices, and a starter supply of paper towels and coffee. We've also got you covered with bath essentials-shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper.
Outdoor security camera on the premises, faces outward toward driveway and street.
The home is located in Sea Isle, on the West End of Galveston. Neighborhood amenities include a playground, basketball court, and marina with a full service restaurant and bar. Galveston Food Truck Park and The Wet Whistle bar are located just a few lots away from the home.
Guests who wish to access the neighborhood pool may request to purchase a pool pass from the Sea Isle Property Association for $100/week for up to 10 guests. Pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend. Please ask host for more details.
Sea Isle is approximately 25-30 minutes away from downtown/east end Galveston attractions.
