This condo offers a prime location for beach-goers, families, and those looking to explore Ocean City on foot. You'll be half a mile from the beach, one mile from the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, and mere blocks from restaurants, shops, mini-golf, and other sources of entertainment. The grounds of the complex even feature an outdoor pool and tennis and basketball courts for your enjoyment.
This condo enjoys a particularly lovely position on the third-floor (walk-up, no elevator), with a balcony overlooking the pool, the tennis court, and spectacular nightly sunsets. Inside, you'll be greeted by all the essentials: central AC, a private washer/dryer for your swimsuits, and a comfortable and inviting living space.
After a day at the beach, fix a few appetizers in the well-equipped kitchen and sit down to enjoy them at the breakfast bar, the dining room table, or one of the two tables outside on the balcony. In the evenings, gather on the sofa to stream movies on the 65-inch smart TV before retiring to two bedrooms, one of which is a primary suite with its own TV, bathroom, and balcony access.
Things to Know
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
