Vollmond auf dem Harraseeket, Freeport, Maine - Preisnachlass für Sept./ Okt. -7 Nächte

Ein kleines Haus am Harraseeket River in der Nähe des South Freeport Harbour ist gut ausgestattet und dekoriert. Es kann im Juni, Juli und August wöchentlich gemietet werden.
In diesem Jahr bieten wir im September und Oktober Anmietungen (mindestens 3 Nächte) an. Eine Wintervermietung ist ebenfalls möglich. Während Sie auf dem Fluss bleiben, haben Sie möglicherweise das Glück, einen Vollmond zu erleben. Einige von uns glauben, es gibt nichts Schöneres als einen Vollmond auf dem Harraseeket.

Ein Kanu oder Kajak kann direkt vom Vorgarten aus gestartet werden. Der Harraseeket River eignet sich hervorragend zum Kajakfahren sowie als Tor zum Hafen von Freeport und zur Bucht von Casco. Nur fünf Minuten entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt von Freeport, die Heimat von LL Bean und vielen bekannten Einzelhandelsgeschäften. Von Freeport aus sind Sie gut positioniert, um Tagesausflüge zu vielen Stränden und Städten an der Küste von Maine zu unternehmen. In Freeport haben Sie Wolf Neck State Park und Winslow Park zu genießen. Portland ist nur 30 km entfernt und bietet Zugang zum Stadtleben sowie zu den Inseln in der Casco Bay.

Unser Harraseeket Home ist perfekt für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder einen Traumurlaub mit dem Kajakfahrer. Genießen Sie die herrliche Aussicht auf die Casco Bay und den Harraseeket River in South Freeport. Nur wenige Minuten von der Innenstadt von Freeport entfernt befinden sich verschiedene Strände nördlich und südlich von uns (Popham, Scarborough, Reid State Park, Higgins usw.). Ein idealer Ort zum Entspannen und Verjüngen.

Dieses Ferienhaus in Freeport liegt direkt am Wasser. Wer sich für Kultur interessiert, ist hier richtig: Freeport Historical Society und Clay Play. Zu den weiteren Attraktionen der Region gehören Wilbur's of Maine Chocolate Confections (Schokoladenhersteller) und Capt Lyman Stuart, LLC. Beautiful scenery

Property was beautifully maintained, as well as clean and very well equipped with items to start your stay. Including the convenience of being so close to Downtown Freeport, and Portland was short drive away. We would definitely stay again especially for the views.

Very nicely furnished in a great location

The cottage is small, sunny, and comfortable with a large loft and lovely view from the back deck. We enjoyed eating outside amid the flowering plants and watching many birds come and go. The neighborhood is pleasant for walking and it is an easy walk to a tidal beach. The kitchen has everything you might need and the AC is a bonus on really hot days.

Anne's Cottage Stay

The cottage has a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable and attractive furnishings. The kitchen is small but well equipped. There is a lovely peaceful view of the harraseeket River on the back deck where we ate many meals. The cottage is a 6 minute drive to Freeport and qiute conveniently located to the excellent Bow Street Market. Annie is a great host.

Wonderful place to stay in Freeport

The cottage was the perfect place to stay with my two daughters (8 & 10). They had the entire loft to themselves & i got my own room. It was the perfect size & we didn't even need to use the downstairs bed. Even though our week was rainy, I still woke up to a gorgeous view of the water each day. It was located close downtown Freeport & Bow Street Market. We hopefully will be staying next year as well!

Great place to unwind!

My husband and I and our two sons stayed for about a week at the house while attending a family reunion. It was lovely! The view to the water is so peaceful and gorgeous. We kayaked a few times and mostly took it easy on the deck talking and eating at the table. The house is comfy and decorated beautifully. Annie was so easy to work with and very responsive to questions. We would definitely go back.

Wonderful location

The cottage is small, very comfortable, has everything you need, and the view is just beautiful (my computer background has already been updated with a photo I took of the backyard and river). The location is great! So close to Freeport shopping, restaurants, and Maine Brewing. The drive to Portland is quick and easy. Would stay here again!

Coastal Maine at Its Very Best

This was our fourth visit to this property, and there is nothing we don't love about it. It's become a part of our summer planning. The cottage is cozy and immaculate, and has everything our family of four needs for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is well stocked and works perfectly for us; our girls get their own bedroom spaces downstairs and in the loft; and the green space outside is phenomenal (so many birds!). Location could not be better for trips to Portland, Brunswick, Popham, Rockland, and, of course, Freeport shopping. Anne is a fantastic communicator and an extremely generous host. You will not be disappointed. This is a true GEM.

Perfect location

We spent a week using our little sailboat in Casco Bay and this was the perfect spot for our family. Gorgeous views. Wonderful deck and fire pit. Cozy and comfortable all the way around. A nice quiet neighborhood but close to the grocery store and downtown if shopping is your thing. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful cottage and wonderful owner. Our THIRD visit!

Our family of four loves this property. This year was our third visit. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, lovely furnishings, and everything you need to feel at home. The view from the deck and the sounds of birds in the surrounding trees are sublime. Open the sliding door and enjoy the fresh air blowing in through the screen all day long. Five minutes to downtown Freeport. Easy drive up to Brunswick or down to Portland. This is "Downeast" perfection, and you couldn't ask for a more gracious, helpful owner.

My wife and I had a great time relaxing at Annie's place! Clean, comfortable, and accurately described in the listing. Great location, very quiet and peaceful. Great internet connection for those unfortunate enought to have to work while you're there, but instantly on vacation once you hit the deck or the fire pit!

Such a beautiful spot!

This little place is has beautiful view, any hour of the day or evening, out onto the water. The kitchen has everything you might need for whipping up breakfast or grilling a tasty dinner. Amy also left a booklet of suggested places to visit, dining, activies etc which was very helpful. We had a great week.
