GULFSIDE OASIS is a renovated 3,000-square-foot family beach “oasis” is at the far end of Open Gulf Street in the heart of Destin’s Miramar Beach. This choice location provides panoramic views that overlook the emerald-toned waters of the glittering gulf. In fact, the neighborhood access to the beautiful beach is only a stone’s throw away! If you are planning a large family beach reunion or a rollicking good time with close friends, this six-bedroom vacation residence will serve all of your needs. In fact up to 20 guests can create fun here.
Gulfside Oasis is a hospitable home that is flanked by towering palms and rises three stories tall with breezy balconies that offer captivating views of the gulf. Bedrooms are available on all three levels with open living areas located on the first and second floor, so there is plenty of separate space for everyone. One of the living areas is an upstairs Game Room that includes a Foosball Table, a Video Arcade that features up to 58 games, and a card table. The kids will love it since it resembles a “palm tree house” since a wall of windows overlooks towering palms outside and it is beside their Bunk Room. There is a private pool out back so within a handful of minutes you may take a plunge in the pool or luxuriate in the luminescent waters of the glowing gulf nearby. Light mocha and cream-colored tile flooring flows throughout, which adds to the spacious feel of this comfortable home. Bright cheerful colors create a vibrant Floridian flair with fanciful decorative arts and prints that are tropically themed to remind you that you are indeed at the beach!
The first floor incorporates the main living and dining rooms that opens to the kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances. A rich blue granite topped bar is perfect for serving libations and has four plush cushioned chairs for seating. A round table nearby seats up to eight more for a fun family feast. One of the comfortable Guest Bedrooms is located on this “pool level” with a king size bed and has access to a full bath. The Bunk Room and two Guest Bedrooms are on the second floor off the Game Room that also provides access to one of the breezy balconies. The Bunk Room has access to a full bath while two additional lovely bedrooms share another full bath. The third floor has two Master Bedrooms with king size beds, full luxury baths en suite and a top view balcony of the gorgeous gulf. All rooms come stocked with their own flat screen TV.
This neighborhood is in the heart of everything Miramar Beach has to offer including popular gulf front restaurants, grocery stores, wine outlets and bargains at the famed Silver Sands Premium Outlets. The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are close by in Sandestin with a wide array of restaurants, bars, retail boutiques, free concerts and seasonal festivals.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

AvantStay has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach gear delivery service provider, to offer beach gear rentals to our guests!
Guests with reservations of 2 to 14 nights at participating AvantStay properties will receive a credit towards beach gear rentals during your stay. The credit amount will vary based on your booking. You may use your credit for bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, and more - the choice is yours!
Once you’ve made your reservation at one of our participating properties, be on the lookout for an email from VayK Gear to make your gear selection. If you reach the credit limit, you can still add additional items priced at their exclusive, discounted rates. To keep your vacation stress-free, your gear will be delivered to your rental property on the day you arrive and will be picked up the day you depart.
PLEASE NOTE: From mid-spring to early fall, beach gear inventory - especially bicycles - are in high demand and may be limited. We recommend reserving your gear as early as possible.
