Die Coconut Ranch bietet eine Villa, einen beheizten Pool, Pergola mit einer großen Auswahl an Liegen und Stühlen sowie zwei Gebäude, in denen sich 6 Schlafzimmer befinden, die alle über ein eigenes Bad verfügen.
In der Villa finden Sie einen Servierbereich für den Essbereich und das Hauptwohnzimmer. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen schönen Steinkamin am Südende. Die Villa verfügt über französische Türen an der gesamten Ost- und Westseite sowie eine Domdecke, so dass die Meeresbrise durch den komfortablen Wohnraum fließen kann. Das Rundum-Veranda auf der Villa ist gut ausgestattet, so dass für eine breite Palette von Outdoor-Leben, von der Lektüre, zum Sonnenbaden, zum Essen im Freien. Die Villa enthält auch ein Gäste-WC und eine voll ausgestattete Waschküche. Die Villa und die Schlafzimmer wurden im Jahr 2016 renoviert und eine Küche des Küchenchefs wurde hinzugefügt, zusammen mit einer abgeschirmten Veranda. Der Pool hat eine Heizung hinzugefügt, um die Sonnenkollektoren zu ergänzen, die installiert wurden, als es in 2105 installiert wurde.

Neben der Villa, einem separaten Häuschen beherbergt vier geräumige Schlafzimmer. Zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer und zwei Zweibettzimmer mit jeweils separaten Eingängen von der Veranda, sowie ein eigenes Bad, maximiert Ihre Privatsphäre und Komfort während Ihres Urlaub in den Tropen. Die Zimmer an jedem Ende eine verschließbare Verbindungstür zum Nebenzimmer.

Die Master-Cottage Häuser zwei Queen-Suiten, alle mit eigenem Eingang und Bad. Eine Außendusche Pavillon ermöglicht zum Abspülen nach dem Strand oder dem Duschen unter den Sternen in absoluter Privatsphäre.

Coconut Ranch ist ein idealer Ferienhaus für große Familien oder Gruppen von Freunden. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie die tropische Wunder Harbour Island von unserem schönen Bahama Hause.

Machen Sie eine kurze Fahrt nach Dunmore Town, um im Blue Rooster, der Prince Street Gallery oder in einem der vielen Geschäfte der Umgebung einzukaufen. Spazieren Sie den puderfeinen rosa Sandstrand hinunter zum Sip Sip, wo Sie eine Pina Colada und den Hummer Quesadilla genießen können, während Sie die kühle Meeresbrise genießen. This property is absolutely fantastic. Clean, well-run, well-organized, breathtakingly beautiful, convenient and perfectly designed and appointed. I highly recommend renting a Polaris because the road can get a bit too bumpy for golf carts.

Beautiful Setting. Love the layout of the property and how each guest staying has their own privacy. Fantastic Kitchen , beautiful beach. Very well maintained. Landscaping was very well manicured. Beautiful house and property (we have been visiting Coconut Ranch for 10 years) that is even more special in person than it looks in photographs, lovely house manager and team and the house owners, Mark and Diane, are generous and always looking to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. Coconut Ranch - The Best!!!

This was our 4th New Year's at Coconut Ranch and we can't wait for the 5th!!! This property is stunning, the staff are wonderful and the owners are polite, accommodating and are constantly making little improvements, just when you think the place is perfect you return to find they've made it even better. We have rented homes throughout the Caribbean and nothing compares to Cocnut Ranch, it is perfect!!!

We had an amazing, fun & relaxing stay!

We absolutely loved every minute at Coconut Ranch. The home and grounds are meticulously maintained and even better than the photos. The Harbour side was perfect for kayaking, snorkeling and swimming. The beach side provided endless sand castles and even some boogie boarding. The chef we used, Vernon Neely, provided amazing dinners of both local and international flavors. Trevor and Vernon were able to please us all from age 50 down to 6! The location was good, a bumpy ride into town, but somehow added to the adventure for our kiddos. A special thank you to Alicia, who arranged rides, housekeeping and anything else we could dream of. amazing vacation!

We had three families that stayed at the Coconut Ranch and the Coconut Beach across the street. The facilities and amenities were amazing and the service was top notch. The layout of the buildings on the site was prefect for multiple families with children and none of us felt cramped for space. The additional Chef's kitchen was also a great amenity for having folks in to cook at the house. Can't wait to go back!!

Perfect vacation

Perfect beach, perfect bay, perfect home. We truly enjoyed an awesome two family vacation. While Harbor Island provides an ideal setting, Coconut Ranch provides a home away from home with everything you could need conveniently located near you. Coconut Ranch is the perfect place for an island get-away with plenty of privacy, but, close enough to town to enjoy the food and drinks of Dunmore Town.

Perfection on Harbour Island

Coconut Ranch is simply the best property on Harbour Island, it is well-maintained, the staff are attentive, helpful and kind and the location makes you feel like you're away from it all while also a short ride to the center of town. Island paradise

From the time I stepped of the boat at Coconut Ranch I was immediately transported to a paradise with relaxation and all my cares just washed away with the tide. The accommodations are impeccable, as well as the staff. All ammities are very well thought out, from the bedroom to the spaciousness of the chefs kitchen with all the tools needed to prepare a meal. We are planning any more trips to Coconut Ranch

Beautiful location and beautiful home!

We have just left Coconut Ranch and cannot wait to return! The villa is so bright and airy and we loved the wrap around porch, where we could have a cup of coffee and look out onto the water. The bedrooms are lovely and our kids loved the huge outdoor shower! With this property we had the best of both worlds - we could just go out front to the dock and swim or walk two minutes to the breathtakingly beautiful beach. We loved taking the golf cart into town for meals but the kitchen had everything we needed as well. We were truly able to unwind on this little piece of paradise. Highly recommend!

Paradise!!

Words cannot express what a wonderful vacation rental Coconut Ranch is! It's perfect! Our family loved our stay here. The separate bedrooms allowed for privacy and the main house gave a great space for everyone getting together. The porch and the view are amazing. We have rented several houses on Harbour Island and Coconut Ranch is by far and away our favorite. It is immaculately pristine. Every amenity you could want. The harbour is steps away and the beach is just a very short walk away, so it is the best of both worlds. Located down in the Narrows assures privacy, but it is a slightly treacherous ride to town because the road is very bumpy. We definitely can't wait to return. There is not a better property on Harbour Island!

An outstanding property on an outstanding island!

When we arrived, everything was just as described -- clean, well maintained, and pristine. The listing photos are just as it appears in real life, and the bedrooms are actually a bit bigger than in the photos. We had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a private and beautiful vacation spot. My favorite part was the porch on the main Lodge, which spans around the entire building. It overlooks the water and dock on the back side -- a great spot for catching sunsets. The island has amazing beaches, and the restaurants were surprisingly excellent. We especially enjoyed the Landing.

Amazing vacation at an amazing property...

My family and I recently took a well needed vacation to the Coconut Ranch on Harbor Island. We were hoping for the feel of privacy, but still wanted the benefits of a luxury resort. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. We were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff, as well as incredibly breathtaking views. The property was immaculately maintained and had a little something for everybody to enjoy. Wether relaxing on pink sand beaches, pleasure boating in the crystal clear bay, or simply lounging around the inviting living space, a good time was had by all. I'm already planning our return trip and would recommend the Coconut Ranch for anybody (or any family) looking for a perfectly amazing getaway.

Island Paradise

Coconut Ranch is the perfect vacation destination. The accomodations are wonderful, the view is unbelievable, and the options for entertainment are many. Whether it is walking barefoot on the pink sand beach or sitting on the villa porch enjoying the view, life-long memories are bound to be made. We will definitely come again! Honeymoon from heaven!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Coconut Ranch. I couldn't dream of a better place for relaxation, fun, and beauty. The location is perfect- very quiet, backyard beach, and the big beach right across the street! It's close to town too. The caretakers are the sweetest people ever and took such good care of us and the property. We highly recommend enjoying yourself at Coconut Ranch!

We have enjoyed sailing the Caribbean from the Virgins to the Grenadines. When we found Harbour Island, we realized it gave us the best of the things we enjoyed about Islands.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Harbour Island has been a special place for us to visit since 2000. We were first attracted to the Island from magazine articles describing the former capital of the Bahamas and the wonderful Pink Sand Beach for which it is famous(it really is pink!). The history of the island, lack of large developments, the quaint nature of the old harbour front and several world class restaurants and small resorts are some of the things that attracted us. Some of the houses on the water front in Dunmore Town date from 1797. Travel around the island is mostly by golf carts, although there are a few cars. The local population are very friendly and welcome the island visitors. Fly into North Eleuthera Airport (ELH) and take the water taxi on the short ride to the Island.

The lodge is separate from the bedrooms, so early or late to beds don't bother the sleeper.
We have a great swimming pool, completed in the spring of 2015 that is solar heated with a special non-chlorine, non salt system that makes it very nice to swim. A new dock completed in March 2015 will provide the ultimate sunset viewing platform.
