Your backyard oasis is fenced on all sides except at the dock, with lush green landscaping between the patio and dock.
Dock:
Venture down the steps to your private 50 ft dock with water and electricity available. Should you bring your own boat, a boat ramp in the neighborhood is just one mile away.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer with laundry supplies provided, free WiFi, and cable TV with streaming capabilities in each room. Parking is a breeze with free space for up to six cars, with detailed parking instructions provided.

The home is located in waterfront community close to downtown and all Fort Lauderdale has to offer. It is a very short drive away from downtown, beaches, FLL airport, Hard Rock Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, Port Everglades and much more! Have a look at our welcome book for our favorite places.
The best way to get around is by car. Uber/Lyft is also very responsive in the area and a good way to get around as well. If bringing your boat, you will be able to navigate down the New River to restaurants, the inter coastal, and other areas.

We strive to provide excellent quality and customer service, while observing city and neighborhood regulations. The following rules are enforced to maintain the same quality of comfort in every stay at UNWIND FTL.
Regulated by the City of Fort Lauderdale:
Maximum Occupancy - 4 Adults and up to 2 Children under the age of 13.
Parking - Guests shall comply with the parking regulations and all vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas as described in the guest manual. Parking on the grass or street is not permitted.
Noise - Be advised that any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
House Rules:
No parties or events allowed. (Immediate cancellation without refund)
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
No smoking allowed. ($250 smoke cleaning/removal, $50 butt/tip/filter removal)
Please adhere to the hot tub rules posted on site. If hot tub has to be drained and refilled, a $250 fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets - Allowed on a case-by-case basis, not to exceed 25 lbs. Guest must notify host prior to booking for approval. Pets shall be supervised at all times, and are not permitted on beds or furniture. Pet waste must be removed immediately and disposed in the outside trash bin. ($50 fee for pet waste removal)
Safety - In the interest of the safety of our guests, children should be supervised at all times, and no running on the patio. No glass allowed in the hot tub.
Check-In/Check-Out - Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Follow all check out procedures as outlined in the house manual.
Report damages and/or breakages to the host at time of occurrence.
Owners and hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The owners and hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
