Quaint little clean cottage!

Worked perfectly for our weekend at the lake. Close to coffee shop, pizza place and easy access to old town Redding. Super clean, comfortable bed and all that we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Lovely place. The hostess was wonderful. The owners can’t be held accountable for the condition of some of the homes in the neighborhood but I was, initially, a little trepidatious. Overall, our stay was great.

Comfortable Suite near Shasta Lake

The location was great, a quick drive to neat hikes along the lake! It was over 100 degrees while we were there, so the mini-split was absolutely appreciated!

Cute and comfortable Shasta stopover

This sweet cottage was the ideal place for us to stay while visiting a relative in Redding. Outside of the town, it’s surrounded by trees and hills and is very quiet. The bed is really comfortable, the shower is great and we had everything we needed, including a selection of good coffee (pod machine) and laundry facilities. Check-in and out was seamless via the Smart lock. We would stay here again!

Sweetest yellow cottage

We loved our one night stay. We were happy their is a fenced yard for our Lab to play. The cottage is super clean and spacious for 2 people. Amy has everything you may need. Coming back for a longer stay for sure.

Centrally Located

This was our very first time in Redding/Shasta, and we chose our stay for its location one mile from the lake. The location is about a mile and half to the recreation area/boat ramp. We wanted to mention this incase you plan to walk to the lake there’s no shoulder and the lake is best accessible with a boat as there’s not a beach. We also came to explore the area and we sure did. Each day we planned on being away for the day and one day we even drove to Eureka and had a beach day. The house has everything we would need and was just right for us. The bed was very comfortable. Area is quiet and an easy drive to restaurants. We ate at yaks and stopped for some coffee at seven suns. There’s a market grocery in town that had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay and the area.

Should be called The Love Shack

Property is super cute and CLEAN!! Can not believe this little peace house goes for so cheap! Better than most luxury hotels. Gorgeous shower! A hot tub would be a HUGE upgrade. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of good eats near by!

Peace Cottage

This was an excellent property and the host was great. The cottage was extremely clean, had supplies for our doggo and the fenced in front yard was perfect for her! The cottage had all the amenities needed for several days. My partner and I easily took day trips to Mount Shasta and out to Lassen National Park from this Shasta Lake location. The host greeted us when we arrived and let us determine the level of communication (ranging from we can sit and hang out to leaving us to our own devices, which I really appreciated). This was a lovely property, and great host to interact with, and a wonderful location for numerous adventures!

A hidden gem

From getting a pine clean smell opening the door the place was amazing.. Fully stocked,plus games in the closet and even a dog bowl and toys in the closet if you bring a fur baby. Nice back patio. And Amy is a fantastic host. And quick response to any needs you may have.

Darling little house!

This home has everything one could ask for - impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed, wonderful shower, back yard for relaxing, and every little detail to make us feel comfortable - even water and bedtime mints on our bed stands. There was even a basket of fun books like word search & coloring books & pencils for relaxing. It was the first time in years I did a word search puzzle. The kitchenette was well appointed too. Thank you to our hosts! We will return!
