Other Things to Note:
• No parties, events or gatherings allowed. The number of inhabitants must not exceed the stated occupancy.
• Please remember that you are staying in an apartment, not a hotel. If any problems occur, we will do our best to act as soon as possible. However, there is no one living on-site 24/7.
• Please respect the noise curfew: Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. We are a family-friendly property and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
• Please comply with all posted rules located at the property amenities including the Bark Park, Pool Area, Sport Courts, Laundry Facility, Gym, and Clubhouse.
• Upon arrival, if anything is missing or broken, please let us know. We would like to be aware to take care of it immediately. We also don't want to hold you responsible for items that were already broken.
• A starter kit of travel-size bathroom toiletries, toilet paper, kitchen cleaners, and paper towels are provided at check-in. This is included as part of your one-time cleaning fee and is not restocked during your stay. There is a Kroger grocery store next door to restock.
• Valet trash runs Sunday-Thursday from 6 pm-8 pm. Place trash out beginning at 6 pm. If trash isn’t picked up, please bring it to the dumpster or back into the apartment. Do not leave trash sitting outside overnight.
• The Co-Op at the Med Center limits mailbox and/or mailroom access to lease holding tenants only. There are several alternative mail delivery locations within 1 mile of The Co-Op.
• Treat the space and the neighbors with respect. Keep noise to a minimum and clean up after yourself when exploring the property.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times. Our cleaning staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guest to maintain their high standard of excellence.
• In warmer seasons, please leave the A/C at 74 degrees upon departure. In cooler seasons, please leave the heat at 70 degrees upon departure. We want our cleaning staff and our future guests to arrive in a comfortable space.
• Smoking or Saging is not allowed inside the apartment. A $500.00 cleaning surcharge will be imposed on any apartment where guests have smoked with disregard for our policy. You may smoke outside on the patio. Please dispose of your cigarettes accordingly.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Do not rearrange the furniture. While accidents do happen, guests will be financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
• The property is monitored by video surveillance, and we have a camera on the outside of the apartment facing the parking lot. Do not tamper with or alter the installed security devices.
• Apartment Inspections may take place by Property Management at least every quarter. This can happen during your stay here. We will do our best to notify you in advance.
• FOR ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: We can ship them back to you. Shipping starts at $25. Cost may vary for bigger items
