Excellent apartment, finely decorated and cozy, located in Residencial Casa Amarela, with complete infrastructure, in the best location in Imbassaí, a few steps from the beach and with access to the river through the condominium.

My space consists of 3 bedrooms (1 suite), all with Split air conditioning. It also has a living room with Smart TV, full kitchen and a balcony!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$700.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The composition of the rooms is as follows:

Suite 1: 1 queen bed, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

Bedroom 1: 2 single beds, split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed split air conditioning and blackout curtain.

OBS.: Our accommodation has capacity for up to 6 adults and 2 children up to 11 years old.

Condominium with complete infrastructure, close to the river, beach and also restaurants and bike path.
