Located around beautiful Kara Lake, this 3 bedroom townhome provides everything needed to enjoy a quiet, restful vacation. Our home was newly built in 2022 with a beautiful coastal design that you will love.

Amazing!

I recently rented this condo for a bachelorette trip, and it was absolutely perfect! The condo itself was stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood was lovely—quiet and picturesque, which was ideal for our group looking to unwind. We felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The host was also amazing. She had excellent communication and checked on us during our stay to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo for anyone planning a bachelorette trip or any special occasion. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we had a fantastic time.

Comfortable Beds with Large Screened Patio

My husband and I brought my daughter and our granddaughters to this condo for a few restful days. Our immediate impression upon walking in the door was the super cleanliness of everything. While the condo is in a quiet, private area, it is also 5-15 minutes from beach access, the grocery, boutique shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The pictures do not really show how spacious and comfortable the condo is for a family group. The host left a gift of coffee to start our stay. We found toilet paper and paper towels along with extra towels. Some of my favorite features were the comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and the sizable screened in patio. The patio was perfect for coffee in the mornings and relaxing in the evenings. The owner, Katie, offered suggestions for nearby restaurants and promptly answered all of our questions. We will definitely be rebooking this condo for our spring visit.

Great stay in Santa Rosa Beach

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. Beds and linens were really nice. There is a cute screened in porch overlooking the trees where we had our morning coffee. The beach is just a few miles away. We were there to help our son move out of an apartment, so we didn’t spend that much time in the unit. But we would definitely come back!

Beautiful Place! I am coming back!

My wife and I will be coming back to Katie and Zach’s place when we visit again. Hands down. We loved staying at Katie and Zach’s townhome. We appreciated their home being immaculately clean, beds extremely comfortable, and all the attention to detail throughout their place. They gave us wonderful local suggestions, we were very close to beach access, and Katie checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed during our visit. We will definitely be booking again!

Family Functional

My husband and I stayed here along with three of our four children (ages 19, 15, 13). This place was amazing for our family as we had plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool on property, and close to everything. Unfortunately, on our trip we experienced a lot of rain so it was even better that this place provided such great space and amenities. The host was so kind to leave a personal note and bag of specialty coffee upon our arrival. Great host, beautiful place, clean, and close to everything! We will stay here again!

Pleasant stay...

The townhome was absolutely beautiful and clean. They thought of everything when it came to everyday necessities. Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, tupperware, paper towels, trash bags, broom, dustpan, etc. We were also provided with plenty of bathroom towels, toilet paper, handsoap, and shampoo/conditioner. Loved that the house had a full size washer and dryer to use (I like to wash all of my clothes before packing up). The property owner, Katei, was super sweet and quick to answer all of my questions. She even checked up on us to make sure our stay was going well. That was very thoughtful of her. We will definitely rent this property again in the future. Very happy with everything!!!
