This location is fantastic if you're visiting the Asheville scene, the amazing Arts District, Biltmore, the orchards or wineries in Hendersonville, or hitting the trails in the Blue Ridge Mountains! You even have immediate access to a local brewery, creamery, bakery, restaurants & stores right here!
We set up our homes with a minimalistic style so you can spread out & relax.
The hot tub is a fantastic way to wind down!

The Space:
*Enjoy this new, modern home, equipped with Roku TVs and free Wifi!
*Hot tub on the back porch
*Ms. Pac-Man arcade
*Well-equipped kitchen with pantry for you to store your groceries
*12-cup coffee maker (uses flat bottom filters)
*Roku TVs in each room (you can log into your favorite streaming service!)
*Noise machines perfect to help with a good night's sleep
*Beds have memory foam mattresses
*Charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal)
*Fitepit (You can purchase firewood bundles across the street)
*There is a pond towards the front of the neighborhood. You may bring your fishing poles & tackle boxes to fish if you'd like! The pond is a neighborhood shared area.
*For an enjoyable morning walk, the loop around the neighborhood is a half-mile loop.
*No pets, no parties, and no smoking in our home.
*The stars are amazing at night, so if you are a stargazer, you've come to the right place!
*Do not tape, glue, or nail anything to the walls.
*Our home is in a neighborhood.

BEDROOM LAYOUT:
-To the RIGHT of the living room/kitchen is the Master Suite. The Master Suite has a ceiling fan, walk-in closet & full bathroom with garden tub & standing shower.
-To the LEFT of the living room/dining is a hall bathroom (tub/shower combo), Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3. The closet in Bedroom 2 is locked and used as an owner's closet. Bedrooms 2 & 3 do not have ceiling fans, but there is a standing fan you are welcome to use if needed.
- There is a sofa bed in the living room.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS:
Reservation requests with checkout on an actual holiday will not be accommodated due to cleaner availability. Your reservation would need to end so that check out is the day before the holiday or the day after the actual holiday.
- We will have a Christmas tree.

CLEANERS
- Our cleaners make a true living wage and are paid fairly for their work. The cleaning fee is non-negotiable as it is the true cost they charge.
- All trash needs to be bagged (NO LOOSE TRASH) and fit in the outside trash bin. No trash may be left outside on the ground. If your trash bin is full prior to the end of your stay, you can choose to have a mid-stay trash pickup ($35 trash pickup fee) or you can take your trash to the Buncombe County Transfer Station (they charge $1-$2 per bag). Location in home binder.
- Our cleaners provide sheets, towels, and starter supplies. However, you must bring what your group needs based on the size of your group and the length of stay.
- If the cleaners charge extra due to stained towels, sheets, or additional cleaning, those charges will be passed to you.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
The following starter supplies are provided.
- 1 small shampoo per bathroom
- 2 dish pods for the dishwasher
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 trash bags per trash can
- 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom
- liquid soap
Based on the size of your group and the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
* Towels and sheets are provided for your stay.
* There is a washer and dryer in the home. We do not supply laundry detergent/supplies.

NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS?
- We have a 3bd/3ba home (sleeps 14) next door to this home. Please check with us for availability if you need two homes during your stay.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home.
You may also fish at the neighborhood pond with your own fishing supplies. It is a catch and release.

This is a neighborhood with other homes around.

Getting Around:
In order for our guests to experience all that Fairview, Asheville, and the surrounding areas have to offer, we highly recommend having your own vehicle so you can explore at your own leisure.

Other Things to Note:
*If you would like recommendations for your trip, please refer to the online Guidebook in our listing. It has some great places!

*Just like with any home, there are times appliances can break. We are not responsible to provide a refund if an appliance breaks, to include refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, toasters, coffee makers, blenders, washer/dryer, etc. We will have the item fixed or replaced as quickly as the maintenance specialist can get there, but please do not ask us for a refund. We value our maintenance team and they work hard to remedy appliance situations as soon as possible.

*Should you experience a maintenance issue over the weekend or during a holiday, ONLY emergencies will take precedence. All other maintenance issues will be resolved Monday or the next business day if possible.

*Owners, cleaners, and any vendors we use are not responsible for items guests leave behind at the property. If you leave an item, the cleaners (separate group from us as the owners) will try to accommodate retrieving the item and shipping it back to the guest if requested. They charge a $50 fee plus all shipping fees. Guests must pay this in order to have their item shipped back to them. Cleaners are very busy and cannot grant a specified time frame for shipping or delivery. Please make sure to take all belongings with you when you leave the property. Cleaners cannot handle firearms. If a firearm is left by a guest, it must be picked up immediately from the property or the firearm will be turned into police. Guests will have to retrieve the firearm from the police department.

THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL.
