Trash days are on Fridays, if you can take the bin to the curb the night before and back in the night of that would be greatly appreciated.

Pool heating fees may apply. Please note that pool and spa heater cannot be used at the same time. Please no dogs in the pool.

A new jandy wall spa remote has been installed, the jacuzzi heat, jets and spa/pool lights can be operated on site.

If any house parties are held, a $150 fee will be assessed in addition to eviction.

The desert gets extremely windy. When not in use and overnight please keep umbrellas closed to prevent damage.

Small dogs only with a max of 2 dogs. Pet fees may apply.

No glassware allowed near the pool.

Landscaper comes every Monday morning.
