Excellent house, great layout and well decorated. Ample space and furniture for 3 couples. Large garage was very convenient. Communication with host was easy, the cleanliness of the property, location and quiet neighborhood were exceptional. Will definitely book again.

Perfect for three couples or a family

This three-level townhouse had lots of space for our family and each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which was really nice. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and it was clean and very quiet. It was easy to communicate with the host and the check-in process was simple. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Truly a Gem!

This townhouse was awesome! The housekeeper deserves a pay raise, as this was truly the cleanest property I have ever stayed! The pictures do not do it justice, as it is extremely well kept up, and roomier than portrayed. We were a family of 4 adults, coming into town for a family wedding, and it was a perfect location. Nice neighborhood, not far from Memorial Park. Huge primary bedroom and bath, and all three bedrooms were en-suite. Kitchen, dining and living room were spacious, and the kitchen was well appointed.The attached garage held 2 medium size cars, although the driveway is tight. If I could give it 10 stars, that would be my rating.

Amazing Townhome

This is a great property that is clean, comfortable, and close to everything I needed. I stayed alone, but I was able to have my kids over for dinner along with my brother from assisted living. He kept talking about how cozy and comfortable the house was. The house is walkable to restaurants and to parks for running. I took full advantage of the convenient location.

Nice and spacious place to stay.

Came to Houston for a family funeral. Your place was beyond what was expected. Not only did you accept our dog, but finding out you provide laundry detergent, coffee and a snack was a bonus. Felt at home…thanks for letting us stay. Would definitely come back to stay, but for a different occasion.

Great find in Rice Military area!

Townhouse was well-located for exploring Houston. We met friends in nearby Memorial Park. It was easy for us to get to wedding events both inside loop and in Galleria area. Our host responded promptly to questions and was so pleasant. Rental was VERY clean, spacious, comfortable, and had all necessary supplies for our stay. Nice extras such as cooking spices, coffee, etc. Thoughtfully designed to make your stay a pleasant one. I would rent again!
