The studio and loft is close to many Fort Worth and the mid-cities "hot-spots" and venues, as well as, major highways. It's spacious for a family with a fun loft, and has all the amenities of a full house.

Stylish and cozy, this studio & loft is a comfortable and perfect place for a family or group of friends. The primary bed is queen sized and is separated from the living room/kitchen area by a privacy wall. The loft, which is accessible by ladder, has carpeted floors and a full size mattress. A modern, spa-like bathroom with private walk-in shower is inviting and you have all the amenities of a home!

Different location

We were given a different location that we enjoyed very much b/c the ac at this unit was being worked on. The management was very ahead of the game and made sure we had a great place to stay. The score may be skewed b/c I can't answer the question for the property shown.

Perfect for the weekend!

What a great space this was, I’m grateful to have found it! My friend and I stayed for the weekend and it was the perfect setup. The space itself was very well put together and clean, and everything we could possibly need was supplied. The hosts were great with communicating too should we have had need of anything. It was a good location too. Not too far from anything we were needing to get to. Normally when traveling I have to unplug all the fragrances and scented items as I’m super sensitive and sends my allergies through the roof, but I genuinely appreciated the fact that they did not have the plug-in connected to the wall yet (and the place smelled fine even without it!!) and that gave me the freedom and peace of mind knowing I didn’t have to worry about any sort of sneezing or throat issues due to plug-ins. Just that extra step to make sure the tenants are comfortable was great. I would stay here again for sure! Everything was clean and just a neat little space to stay!

Cute & Cozy

The property was clean and featured beautiful modern finishes and updated appliances. We had everything that we needed all in one space. It was wonderful being able to cook some our meals right on site. Beds were also comfortable and there is a place to park as well. This is a highly recommended place to stay.

We were very impressed with the property, very clean, neat and well stocked. We are both from very rural areas so we were a little concerned with being in a neighborhood but it was very nice and quiet and we felt safe. Would most definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay in great location!

We chose this location and property based on its simple yet very adequate accommodations and proximity to Fort Worth locations. It is close to TCU and SWBTS and only a short 10 minute drive to downtown and the Trinity River trails. This property had everything we needed for our short stay and even for a longer stay. It was very clean, modern, and and comfortable and the bathroom was nice sized. While we did not need it the included washer and dryer were a nice amenity.

Perfect

This property was perfect for our Ft. Worth stay. Everything was super clean. We had everything we needed for our stay, even bonus surprises like coffee pods and laundry pods. Communication was quick. All expectations and procedures were clear. The only thing that I would have liked to see, since we were traveling with kids, is a gate on the loft where the opening for the ladder is. But again, that was only something that affected us with kids. I definitely will be looking up this property again when we return!

Extended Business Trip

We were very pleased with this property, very fresh, comfortable and clean! We wanted to extend a business trip by a few days to explore the Ft. Worth area and didn't want to spend them in a stuffy hotel room. This was an excellent alternative!

Great stay

Great place to stay! Well stocked and in a great location! Jamie was very quick to respond as well. I would not bring small children here as the loft is only accessible by a ladder. But my 17 year old loved having his own space!

Great private property

We loved our stay here! We were in Fort Worth to visit family and this place was close to downtown and pretty much anything you need. The space was clean, well stocked and PRIVATE. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond if we needed anything at all. Specifics about this property: Beds are very comfortable, and bedding is high quality. Bathroom is spacious and provided a hair dryer and high-quality towels and plenty of them. There is laundry soap for the washer if you need to use it (we didn't) The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much all the dishes, glasses, pans etc. you need. There is a toaster, a kuerig and plenty of k-kups. My 15 yr old granddaughter LOVED the loft space. It is big enough for any adult but it IS gabled so you can't really stand up which would not bother me at all but I note that for purposes of any adult who may stay up there. Overall this property is perfect for your Fort Worth stay and is located in a private quiet neighborhood.

Cozy and Cute

This was the perfect place for our weekend adventure in Fort Worth. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, shower was hot! Had all the amenities we needed and more! We were able to quickly and cheaply get Uber rides easily to The Stockyards and West 7th. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay...do not hesitate to book!

My son, his friend and I really enjoyed staying at this place. We were visiting my TCU HFS (freshman). Everything noted on the property description was as described. All the positive reviews were spot on too! Very clean and modern place with comfortable beds, full kitchen amenities, and a nice bathroom! No complaints, issues or negative feedback. Also very convenient (i.e. short drive or Uber) to TCU campus, Stockyards, and downtown Fort Worth. Walking distance to Rusty Nickel Brewery too. Will definitely stay again in the future!

Spectacular

My husband totally enjoyed our stay. This is probably the 1st place we’ve stayed that the pictures are what you get. The space was very clean. The bed was comfortable and they even had 2 different kinds of pillows that had different levels of firmness. The shower is fantastic. The kitchen was the perfect size and well stocked. It is located in a great location close to many things. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. We highly recommend this cozy place for your stay.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Super cute place and VERY clean. Beds were really comfortable and we LOVED the shower! Not too far from a neat little area with restaurants and shops…highly recommend trying Pie Tap if you stay here for some yummy pizza. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
