Fairway Oaks 3209-Villas Pools | 2 Bed, 2 Bath

This gorgeous vacation villa awaits in the gated community of the Amelia Island Omni Resort. Set among the shady oak trees, this furnished villa offers an open floor plan living room and spacious, extended Florida room with a cozy lounge area and plenty of seating for easy entertaining. The Florida room additionally provides easy access to the back patio. The master bedroom retreat offers both space and comfort with access to an updated ensuite bathroom, featuring a tiled shower and granite countertops. The secondary bedroom features two full size beds and access to the second bathroom. The community offers two pools and is a short distance to beach access, golfing, spas, and shops.

All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach towels are also provided for you to use during your stay.

While at this rental, you can enjoy the acclaimed biking/walking trails, spa, shops, nature center, chapel, and restaurants situated in the resort, or you can venture to the charming Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach (about a 15 minute drive north) and feast on the eclectic dining and varied shopping options. Golf is available at many great courses in the area. Bike and golf cart rentals are also available - please inquire for additional information.

Please be advised, this property does not offer access to the Omni Resort privileges or amenities. Access to the main resort pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park (Drysdale) is restricted to club members and their guests.

All RVs, trailers and boats are NOT allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Our stay here was so nice. Beautiful home, comfy bed and peaceful patio area to enjoy the flowers and birds. The kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities.

Fairway Villa

Beautiful property - very quiet and private! It was thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Loved having big fluffy bath sheets too. Easy walk to the Omni Resort,shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Mid Winter Getaway

Christmas in FL

The rental was perfect for what we needed. Parking was easy and so was our move in & out. The big windows along the backside let us enjoy some of Florida’s nature from inside.

Great weekend!

Location was perfect for the weekend of our son’s wedding. It was on the side of the resort where everything was taking place at The Oaks Center and Walker’s Landing. Large open living space with plenty of room for our family of 6. Our younger kids are already planning our next trip back.

Amazing rental

We loved our stay in Amelia island! The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The management company was easy to communicate with when there was an issue and resolved the issue quickly. The community is beautiful, quiet and safe. We enjoyed biking/roller blading in the neighborhood, visiting beaches, nature walks and visiting the state parks that were minutes away. There is a great park in the neighborhood with pickle ball, ping pong, playground equipment and walking paths! We can’t wait to come back for another visit.
