Thank you for considering our Marco Island home, nicknamed "Out of Office", as your next family/friend's vacation! We certainly understand the stresses that go along with everyday life and are glad you are looking to get away on beautiful Marco Island. It has gorgeous beaches, beautiful water, and delicious restaurants!
Our place: Our home is in the heart of Marco Island and is less than a mile from the beaches the island has to offer. It's a two-minute walk to several great restaurants and shopping. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open floor plan that totals over 1600 sq ft.
The primary suite opens to the expansive pool area, has a king size bed, as well as a walk-in closet and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
Guest rooms: One bedroom with a king size bed. The other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a trundle.
Outdoors: Our private heated pool is enclosed in the lanai. We have couches, lounge chairs and a table to enjoy meals outside.
Cameras: We have two cameras on the property. One is the doorbell at the front door and the other is in the garage on the opener. Both are used to monitor the property while it's vacant.
Cancellation: If you cancel within the fully refundable period you will get a full refund minus the processing fees. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance. Especially if you are booking during HURRICANE SEASON. (August-November) Please be aware that if you DO NOT purchase the travel insurance offered or buy your own and you get sick/have flight issues/weather issues/etc and cannot make your trip we have a NO REFUND policy. Please buy trip insurance to protect yourself.
Parking: You can park one car/suv in the garage and two in the driveway.
Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit HOLD will be accessed to your credit card on file 7 days days prior to your stay. This is NOT A CHARGE, it is a hold for violations of the ordinance or damage done to the property during your stay. The hold will be released within 2 days after your departure if no violations/damage is found.
Pool Heat: The pool is are heated to at least 86 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on and will not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once the pool heater turns back on in the morning it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most heat pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
